Waited over a month for a phone that should have arrived in 10-14 days

The laptop was delivered rather fast considering the long shipping times currently normal. The package was carefully protected so that even the original packaging did not Receive notable damage. The laptop works as expected but only a chinese Windows was pre installed. I ordered an EU Windows Key but just receive an useless USB stick with windows installation files which anyone can download for freue ans payed for it additional 25$ - this part was a scam ... But anyway the laptop works as expected.

I ordered Xiaomi Mi 11 ultra 8GB ram 256GB space 25.10.2022 I received nice phone but 12GB RAM and 256GB space. That is good but after taking night photo I discovered some hair inside camera and it caused huge lens flare. I sended phone to seller and they sended me new one. 9.12.2022 I opened new box. Phone has some fingerprnts on sides and some dent deformation on screen foil. Not a big deal. Phone was as new. After holding phone in hand I had some black colour on my skin and I was confused what is going on. After puting my phone to cover and removing from cover I seen some back paint on inner side of cover on place where camera frame is placed. After checking, this frame has no colour on some areas and it seems like someone wanted to repair this by some cheap permanent marker or whatever. I'm dissapointed. I ordered this phone so far and I still do not have regular new phone.. TradingShenzen. Are you sure that you selling new devices ? I think those are used or refurbished devices and then this phones are so expensive... I do not reccommend to buy any device from this shop guys, please be aware of it.

I recently purchased a new product through this page, and I am really very dissatisfied, because the mobile phone arrived in undesirable conditions, firstly the main camera lens was scratched and secondly, the frame of the device was broken. I laughed at this through the communications channel on WhatsApp and never got a response. I do not recommend this page.

"Poor Shipping Options / Customer Care"

I am not able to buy anything as they don't offer DHL/Express Shipping to Saudi Arabia.They offer a risky Global Mail shipping option only, which is prone to extreme delays, damaged goods, or even in few cases lost in transit.Their Customer Care told me to go buy somewhere else. Other leading Commerce platforms that care about customers usually let me pay additional cost and work with them over email to choose an express shipping provider.
