"Tolle Bedienung"

Fairly long dispatch and delivery time, so minus 1 star. But they offer a great price, good information and tracking, and great packaging. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone in Europe looking to purchase Chinese technology. Good service. Vielen Dank!

"Average."

Average.A product disappeard in the basket just when paying.I had to do another transaction going through the whole process again.The actual first purchase arrived then one week later as it was put on hold for long (assumig that both packages wouold be put together) The whatsapp help did not really help, the emails were nice but the promises not really fulfilled well.All in all I got the product with a little delay, well packaged...

"Unprofessional communication and questionable quality of products"

I bought oneplus 9 pro as a new device. It was shipped four days later and receive it after two weeks. It was rather quick if you consider that it was from a warehouse in China and I live in Greece. However, it had a screen protector which was not glued at all in both edges (I mean the curved sides of screen). Furthermore, it was a bit thick with rather bad quality. From my experience, factory placed screen protectors are not very thick and are placed without leaving so much space unglued. It looked like a poorly placed screen protector by a man. This makes me wonder if the device was a used one.I send them an email with the problem. After three days they answered me in a rather unprofessional email, that he had bought a samsung and had the same problem and it is a thing that it can happen (I am not kidding, this is how they replied). What kind of a professional discuss a problem as a user in forum? Am I in xda or reddit? They offered me either 10 euros discount or to send them the device back. Furthermore, they told me that if I choose the second, I should not use the money of the refund to buy anything else from them since it can happen the same in the next device.

"One plus 12"

I ordered one plus 12 on 24.02 to Poland. The first tracing number showed that the package was from the center in china returned to sender. Then another DHL tracking number was inserted but to a completely different city and with not my name. I reported from the beginning that it was not my package and that I would get my tracing number. It has been 4 weeks (27 days) now where I have neither money nor phone. And the package with not my tracing number shows as delivered ( the courier had data 700km from the place I ordered to). Currently the store wants me to report this fact to the police - but how can I report something when they are not sent phone to me? I'm waiting until next week and reporting the company to debt collection because of the theft.

"Xiaomi Tab 5 Pro"

I purchased the Xiaomi Tab 5 Pro from TradingShenzen, as this version is not available in Europe.Product was delivered after about 3 weeks in perfect condition. The only negative is that the tablet is supplied without charger. At that price, a charger should be included. However, this may be Xiaomi's policy and not TradingShenzen's responsibility.

"Dont expect repair /warranty on mi11 ultra"

After waiting 3 months for my mi 11 ultra to be repaired and back ,i kinda gave up on there repair / warrantyIn beginning they said +-2 months and somehow they wouldn't know where the phone is because somehow they ship expensive phone to repair without tracking??Then after one month they blamed xiaomi for being slow but its there sale / warranty to solve it to customer firstAnd 2e month i requested a refund because repair took long with no updates at all the denied it completely and then they blamed Chinese this monthAt this stage i just hope to get money back somehow or replacement this is also what i requested many times but somehow there email person reads over these requests

"Paid for a product almost 4 months ago, still not received and refusing to refund me even though proof was provided"

I am really disappointed by tradingshenzen, i have made a order on 25 May 2021, and have not received it as it got lost or stolen in transit, i have provided proof from our local post service where they say i have not received the package, i also signed an oath requested by tradingshenzen and also provided a police statement that i did receive nothing, it has been more then 3 months (almost 4) and i have not received my refund, i have emailed them everyday for sometime because they did simply ignore me, only response i got was by writing trustpilot reviews and then was threatened by Chang.w that they will not give me service if i don't remove my reviews, as i removed it, they kept ignoring me, and eventually on 22 July chang.w asked their logistics to give feedback on how far they were with the process, i have gotten no response since then from the emails. I wrote a trust pilot review again and then on the review they promised me that they forced their boss to finish the process before the end of the week which was 31 July, After that they simply kept ignoring me, i have not spammed them i sent one maybe 2 emails a week because i still get no feedback and being ignored, it is now august 18 and i have not received my money back, and to me in south africa that is a lot of money that they have taken from me, i mean i paid for a product but never received it and it is almost 4 months later? For a big company like tradingshenzen to treat a customer like this is really shocking anf dissapointing, i did not f ck the order up but now i have to lose my hard earned money, I have and provided proof that i never received anything, but i paid for something, So i ask again when will i receive my refund exactly?? And answer me here because you simply DO NOT give any feedback via emailUpdate: Money finally received back , updated rating to a 2 star since it was not a very great experience and was a big hassle to finally get the refund.
