I had the worst experience ever from this site, my advice to everyone, based on my personal experience, would be: Just STAY AWAY!So to start, I knew it was New Year's eve in China and they were closed for 20 days, so before buying anything from them, I made sure (or so I thought) there would be stock, by asking their support if indeed they had stock and if the process time would be quick. They assured me they had stock and the process time would be no more than 3-5 days. So I proceeded to buy a phone from them. BIG MISTAKE.My order was stuck at "processing" for 9 days so I sent a message to ask why is that and they answered back that there will be a delay and they don't know for how long.Here comes the best part: After I answered back that they assured me for the opposite, this is unacceptable and I'll prepare a negative review on my youtube channel if I don't have my phone in time, the answer from them to me was totally ironic and they asked me to send them my channel's link!!!So of course I disputed the transaction with my bank and I informed them I'm cancelling the order.For those still in doubt, don't take my words for granted, just do a research in internet forums to see for yourself how many more cases similar to mine there are and how many people are waiting for over 2 months and all they hear is excuses and lies.Delays are possible and up to a point acceptable. Telling people LIES about the stock and about their orders is called SCAM and it's completely unacceptable.

This summer, I bougth Xiaomi 13 (Firmware: Xiaomi.eu - Unlocked). And I was pretty happy about the choice I made until yesterday, when several apps, such as Google Pay, Instagram, YouTube, Light, Scaner, etc stopped working. I tried to contact the shop to understand where can I find technical support (because of course Xiaomi in Germany said they can't help me). However, the shop only shared some lilnks to blogs and forums where people discuss how to solve the same problems. And it's simply aweful because these instructions seem not to be working for me, and at the same time, there is no tech support who could help with solving the problem. So, know I have a phone which allows me to call only. Wonderful.

I ordered a phone from the site, I was afraid that it would not come. everything came great and works. It was about a month and there was no question of paying the tax. quite satisfied with the delivery, but a little dissatisfied with the phone, since this is a Chinese phone with European firmware, not everything is possible on it.I liked that the order was tracked and the phone reached the Baltic states without problems, although everyone was afraid that they would deceive me. Despite the numerous possibilities to pay (e.g., MasterCard, Google pay, Klarna, etc.), our payments were never accepted and most of the time not even processed, which might be a server side error, yet an inconvenience for us. Klarna was advertised yet it got processed and declined because *blank*.

All the delivery process was good, nothing to declare. The product was well packaged. The point is that i bought a black shark 4 within tradingShenzen site and i did not found ANY place, ANY information where it's specify that the phone was ONLY with chinese CN ROM version, too BAD. I think that they really have to inform customer, it's a minimum, that it's not a GLOBAL version. It was really difficult for me to turn it in english and of course in french. There is no french language and you can not flash the ROM thank to the bootloader loocked. That's why i put only 4 stars and not 5. The Black shark is a really good smartphone.
