Bought a Xiaomi Mi11 phone. They pretended that the firmware is original Xiaomi and that there is no difference to an Europen version. That was a lie. Bootloader needs to be opened, a few apps refuse to work due to this.After a few weeks I dropped the phone and it broke. After 4 weeks I still don't have a repair info. It even took them 1 week to get back to me saying: "would you really like to repair this? I'd rather leave it as is". If you'd have a warranty case (mine wasn't) you'd not get warranty in Europe, but also need to go via tradingshenzhen.I ended up with a brand new 800EUR phone which TSZ doesn't care about and nobody in Europe can repair. Never, ever again! No matter how cheap.

more than a month of waiting to receive it is without counting the 9 days to install the xiaomi.eu rom. now the phone is 540 $ while I pay them 660. The difference is noticeable

TLDR: Support was okay. They answered to each Supportticket i sent, even though they didn't answer all of my questions. Eventually everything was sorted out okay.First, there was a hickup with my payment-clearance, so my orders weren't processed together. After writing to Support they sorted this out quite fast. This in turn (i think) was the reason why parcel tracking didn't work at first. (i was sent incorrect tracking codes). Also, i think it should be made CLEAR before finishing an order from where the parcels are sent. (EU, China, ...?) It wasn't obvious to me, so i was quite surprised that my order was sent from China, and not as i first believed from the EU warehouse. (Since the site was promoting EU-warehouse specials at the time)

And i wanted to return it back ? -> 70$ shipping fee for return, which wasn't mentioned on my order page, but they "want" that i could be able to find that information in theirs infors page. They are scam and their support is useless. No tracking movement after 1 months, and their support says me to email my local shipping company even after I said I called them. And their support using very disrespectful language.Edit: I have asked for a refund to your support. She said that I should mail to the shipping company. I already said to her that I have called them. So what should I do? It looks like a scam to me. If you refund, just refund it or re-send it. Dont say to me that I have to email to the DPD. Amazon don't do that. Do not compare yourself with Amazon, please.
