The do good service. The only thing the have fee for returning times for uk the charge me $80 euro plus i have to pay a return delivery i did by DHL $65 pounds.. a big company like shenzhen should didn't ask a customer for fees . That's why given 3 stars.

I just bought a Oneplus 10 pro for super Price.But I would have loved to know that is was with Global Rom version. That made problems when first update came. It was EU Rom update. But I was not able to flash it.So i had to go unofficial way by OxygenUpdater app to get EU Rom.

In general, the purchase went smoothly, the item was shipped and delivered in the expected time range, no surprises with taxes (as promised). The phone and the purchased accessories were original, with no complaints. The only issue is that they promised to attach Chinese to EU power adapter on the sale page, but it was not in the package. It costs a couple of euro in local store, so that's not a critical issue (anyway the price of the phone is much cheaper comparing to other shops that I found)

Not recommended 10 days after order placed they not ship phone! I need to cancel order! Customer service is joke, few times I ask them simple question :when they will ship phen, I got answer like "soon" or "no worries" or "I will check" this is not good at all! After I place order and pay you Full amount in ADVANCE I expect from you to ship immediately or fast! Never again!!!
