Be very careful when buying from this vendor. It used to be trustworthy, but that is long gone. It kept my money for one month on many false promises about shipment, which was never even intended. After given ultimatum, it cancelled my order and informed me that it would keep my money up to 14 days after cancellation. Only the threat with reporting the case to the EU authorities persuaded it to return the money immidiately.And then, when I think back, I believe that TradingShenzhen even doesn't deliver new phones. Once before I ordered a tablet and I got it with full of scratches on the display. They justified it with the harsh delivery service. But, tell me, how can the delivery service deliver a closed undamaged parcel with the scratched screen of the tablet inside?Would you trust this company with the delivery and warranty you paid for?

Ordered Xiaomi Mi 12S 12GB/512GB for $680, paid using cryptocurrency. Delivery took 3 working days.. Phone arrived stuck in FASTBOOT. So I have contacted support. They replied in less than 3 mins and gave me contact to their repair guy and told me, that they will pay for the repairing service. So I have contacted that guy. He replied under 1 min. After 30 mins of chatting he navigated me through process of flashing ROM. After flashing, phone is fully working.Phone have no scratches, no dust.Thank you guys for great purchase!

Avoid this store if you respect your time and money.If you do not know what I am writing about, check your e-mails and canceled orders from July 25. I can say that the buying process would be perfect, if it wasn't for the fact the phone I bough had a defect battery out of the box. The seller did handle the warranty process great and I did manage to receive a new and working phone. Overall cannot give 5 start due to the issue, but the store is very solid otherwise and offers competitive pricing.

I will not recommend to buy on this side!I became an Phone after not that long time, i had it for 3 monts and after update it didn't want to work. I send an mail to Support service and i musted to send my phone to swiss to fix it. At that time i didnt get any informations if the phone was fixed or not. The phone was sended to china, and they didnt ask me if that wolde be ok.On the home Page you can read that when your Phone must to be fixed, for that time you Will became an "rent phone"" i didnt get it.The Support page did not send me any Mails, and if i asked Something, they was really unpolite to me. Now, i dont have my "new" Phone, and my money will be not back.

I have bought refurbuished phone by this very "correct" site and it was written that it is all inclusive. The consignment was shipped from Europe to me (I'm in Bulgaria). They have used parcel service and I think that in five to seven days I will receive consignment.Unfortunatelly on tracking info it is seen that consignment it is not going out of Germany. The customer care person from the site Chang W. (Tradingshenzhen.com) refused to support me and help me. It was claimed that this is my problem that the goods is not moving. I have very clearly ecxplained that this is obligation of the Sender, but I receive only accuses . Finally I have lost circa 600 EUR due to my sincerity.This store's customer care service it is out of commentaries. They have care only to profit, not to serve the customer. Instead to support me, they accuse me and block my E-mail and claim.They doesn't like to reimburse stollen from myself money.Why stollen - due to fact that I have paid to them and they shipped the consignment value circa at 600 EUR on the cheapest way - the are very saving people.Instead to be used normal DHL Express service , they have used DHL parcel service - Deuthche Post - the cheapest and unsafe and totaly not relabale service for expensive consignment. And most probably they didn't pay insurance!At the moment I have lost my money and they are playing durty games only to don't reimburse spent by myself money.They are Robbers!!!I apologize, but I have never seen such rude behavior and insults from the "wonderful" service team of the site.It is clear that the package is lost. Clearly they don't want to pay. Clearly they are spamming and blocking me.But I hope people know before shopping at this site that they can't expect anything good.They lie every minute, and if you have made error to buy something, you can not expect anythibg good from this site with the delivery and after that with warranty.It will not be allowed to you to defend your rights. I bought a phone for more than 700$ and, after 2 months, it no longer worked. So I asked for a return and it was accepted. Now I've been waiting for over 3 months for my phone to be repaired and they wouldn't send me another one or refund me the money. I find the after-sales service simply zero. I strongly advise against ordering anything from Tradingshenzhen Ps: in the meantime, I don't have a phone and that puts me in a more than unpleasant situation. Don't be fooled by item prices.

"Xiaomi mi 11 pro"

Orderd Xiaomi mi 11 pro with xiaomi.eu rom, wireless charger and extra wired charger. Phone came in the said time frame and is brilliant. Perfect and delighted with it. Only fault I'd have it's only minor, prob isn't even worth a star is I live in Ireland and we use 3 pin power sockets and the adapters I was given were 3 pin to 2 pin and not 2 pin to 3 pin so had to try find an adaptor to use the charger. Other than that, great service!

Bad service I made the purchase on 07/21 I sent several emails asking for the tracking ID code, the answer is always the same, only today on 08/01/23 was I informed that I didn't have the color I requested for the product. I waited 9 days to get this answer, I paid the most expensive shipping for the product where informing the arrival in the EU of 2-4 10 has already passed and I didn't even have the tracking ID.
