Just to get after sell guys to listen to me, just want to buy more, but they will not let me... go figure.very unprofessional staff they got there... blaming the customers for their incompetence...

I bought a laptop and paid for the Global Priority delivery method, which is supposed to be free of "import or duty fees". The store logistics made a mistake and filled the customs declaration with USD $0, which caused major issues with Customs, generating a fine worth 2 times the laptop's value. After dozens of emails, they advised me to refuse the product so Customs can handle the return to the sender, which I did. I asked for a refund but it seems I will never see my money back, they stopped responding to my emails.

I've waited way too long for this review, hoping my experience ended up going well after all, but so far so bad.I unfortunately purchased a phone from this company on Jan 24, right in the middle of the holiday season, I know. So at first I supposed that the 10/15 working days planned for the global shipping method didn't quite apply. And yet, when I started to ask them what the status of my order was, they didn't mention the holidays at all, they just said very very briefly "those 14 working haven't passed yet", so I guessed they managed to send my phone out regardless (my tracking number never started to work by the way).On Feb 28 I received an email saying my parcel probably got lost (?).I calmly asked how long it would take for a new parcel to be shipped from then on, but on the top of the (supposed) 10/14 days for the shipping, they said they needed to wait for the shipping company to get back to them.So I again asked how long that process would usually take.And that was 2 weeks ago, last time I heard from them.Meantime my tracking number has still been unavailable, of course.Then I sent them 5 emails basically repeating myself, begging for a simple answer (as they promote themselves as available to answer within 24h). All I've asked for since the beginning was an ESTIMATE. Just an estimate time of delivery of your product, nothing more. If they had told me "Hey you fool, don't expect this thing to get to you sooner than 3 months", fine!, I would have lived with it. But ghosting after you received a payment for a service that you're blatantly incapable of offering to your customers (whether the number of officers are not enough, or the number of orders are too hard to handle, I don't care!) you just don't deserve any more star nor false hope from other customers.Hope this review help others avoid the same experience. Although I'm keen on comprehending all difficulties they might encounter in this process, I can't rely on someone's absence. I will request a refund from Paypal.

"Laptop died, they won't do anything."

My product failed within three months of purchasing it, and I made the apparently Improper decision to take the laptop to a repair shop to have the issue diagnosed before escalating it to their Warranty, given my previous issues with Xiaomi resellers. Apparently, having a trained technician open the laptop at all voids their warranty- leaving me down $1000 and without a laptop. That is not the norm by any standard.
