"When I ordered a black mobile phone."
When I ordered a black mobile phone and additionally after the payment was done I noticed that there were still several phones in black on the website available to buy. What does it mean? After my order TradingShenzen shop was still selling this model of mobile phone in black. Another thing that makes me sad is the date of an answer from TradingShenzhen. Payment was done on 19.06.2023 and the feedback was one week after (26.06.2023): TradingShanzen informed me about no phones in black and offered me different phone. Please remember - after my order they were still selling this model of mobile phone in black (several pieces were available on their website). TradingShenzhen refunded the money after one week which means they kept my money for 7 days without my agreement. It was my first order in this shop and who knows maybe last.

I bought Mi11 pro on this website. I received it after 10 days of ordering it and in good condition. No extra gift was included. With this shopping experience I wanted to order Xiaomi laptop. Then started the trouble one after the other. First I ordered using credit card. After 2days they cancelled my order saying high risk even after providing all the necessary information. I ordered one again using PayPal including surcharge from PayPal. When I ordered for the second time, Xiaomi laptop stock was there, after 5 days of processing, they said the product is not in stock and would you like to change the product??? I was so pissed off and irritated that for the second time I ordered this product for more money and after 5days of processing finally they say that the product is not in stock. they accepted my order and my payment was successful. How can you say that the product is in stock and accept my payment and after 5days of successful payment you say that the product is not in stock??? This is ridiculous and cheap marketing. They simply tortured me and now they have cancelled my account because I asked them through email why they did like that. My bonus points are also gone and moreover my trust in tradingschenzen is slap gone. Be careful if anyone is ordering from this website. They can overturn their stand at any time....Forgot to add a comment about mannerism, communication skills and Frendliness from the customer care (specially Chang!, you specially deserve a comment for your attitude): they are not at all friendly and don't care about you as a customer. At one point of our conversation he even threatened me, cancelled my account and said go shop somewhere else, all because I asked about why my order got cancelled after 5days of order confirmation. other than the product itself, everything else including customer care is horrible. Be careful. Now I don't know about the warranty of my Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro... It's doubtful whether I get it or not.

55 after i received an opened package, missing phone from inside. Isent police reports, i filled 2 times insurance docs, still nothing.All the time they said dont worry.747 euro and doenst matter for TRADING SHENZHENREFUND OR SEND ME THE PHONE WITH RELIABLE WAY. SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU?

"Xiaomi Mix Fold 3"
I tried buying a phone through them since this particular model isn't available in the U.S. They withdrew the money from the account and added and additional assessment fee they never mentioned. They put the order on hold until I sent them personal info, like ID and pictures of my card, which I didn't feel comfortable doing. They then cancelled the order and didn't refund the entire amount and the fees. Buy from another retailer.UPDATE: In response to their reply, it is definitely their assessment fees through their third party verifications, my own bank informed me. And as to the difference in currency conversion, there was only a 2 day difference in the transaction for it to have been lower. They say the have the proof, well so do I. I'm not fraudulent, I have the bank statements to prove my claim.It's funny how convenient they don't mention how the refund wasn't 100% aside from the fees, I would attach screenshots if I could, but it's not the point. All this situation proves is how confrontational and inconvenient this service is. Save yourselves the hassle it is not worth the hassle they put you through.

Due to language barrier, misunderstanding occurred. In the end, the case was resolved and refund was made. As a token of appreciation, I ordered from the EU Warehouse, that supported the languages I needed.

"Great site and Product but watch for the Firmware used"
I ordered an Oppo Find X5 Pro and the phone is great apart from 1 issue which I cannot change, the firmware is set to China only and I can't change the region on it.It has taken a little time but I am working around the issue.Finally, the delivery took longer than I thought but as it was the Christmas period, then that can be understandable.All in all, I would recommend the site but watch the firmware setting.

"Very Bad Support"
Very bad experience from the beginning. I ordered a phone to a country that was listed on their website, after waiting for more than 10 days i contacted them only to find out that they did not ship to my country. After providing them with a second address they finally managed to ship the phone (after a long waiting period). The phone was delivered according to their tracking, but i did not receive it. After digging around the tracking page i found the address they shipped to. They managed to omit my p.o box number from the address so now i have to try to figure out who received the phone. After contacting their customer support asking for a signed proof of delivery so i can find out who received it their reply was to simply "file a stolen goods report with the police". This was their reply for an order that exceeded 1000$. tldr: very unprofessional and are not willing to support their customers and to follow through with their services. Avoid these scammers and just use Aliexpress.Edit:Response to seller: You managed to omit a very important part of the shipping address. It wasn't delivered because YOU made a mistake.

First time I buy on this website, so I can only judge for one order, here my feeling :Good point about Trading Shenzen :-Good price-Shipping is cheap and delivery on time plan (for me 11 calendar days from day ship once arrive at my home)-Fast answer email-They contact me after my order for inform that the device can be not fulling working in my country and ask to check if ok and for shipping address as I ask to delivery to my office and for some rules not allow, ask to confirm if can ship to my home addressBad point about them :-Time from order to ship is very long, they annouce 3-5 days but was more for me, order on 25 April and ship on 10 May, even if not count the 3 national holiday during that period, it's 8 working day. Ok they test product can make not ship in one day, but still too long. But my bank charge me the cost on 25 april, that they are fast ^^-After test product they don't reset it and install some app like Google Play, I can understand for help user but should not install anything on a new phone for some security reason and reset before send, worse thing was they setup the phone not in English, universall language like the one use by website when order, but in German, I don't understand German, why select this language ? So I reset the phone.-Quality of email answer is not good, when I ask about delivery time always same answer even after 5 day pass.Globally I give 3 star, maybe base on my comment some people will give 4 star, but for me shipping time is something very important, as this is not complicate, product was in stock, so no reason take so long.Key to improve :- add a pop up when order about fact the phone maybe not working in country where we leave and mark we read it, no need send email and avoid some time of process for that.- add information when order that it's suggested to ship to same address than the credit card use for avoid some issue or delay on processing- improve shipping time, maybe add an option to don't open and test the product with information in case don't work need to return and clearly explain test process add X days to total process (but should be 1 day) and ship everything in 2 working days + 1 working days when it need test of product.- reset phone after test or change language to English or the language where customer live.- add option to select express shipping even if this can mean extra custom fee (let get the choice)Globally I will still recommand Trading Shenzen as good price and good product, but really need improve on shipping time :)
