It took 3 months, 2 orders and numerous emails and phone calls to get my hands on an expensive high end smartphone. The first order was lost (or most likely stolen) by the transport company. The choice to work with poor unreliable transporters is your main bottleneck, in my opinion and it is the main thing that will make me hesitate purchasing anything else from you. I know you work with DHL who delegates transport to subcontractors, however you still have the choice to request them to work with decent companies for the last-mile delivery. Just my 2 cents...

I ordered and paid for my phone on 25.03.2023. I received it on 25.04.2023. This is a little bit more than it should be. The package and the phone itself were in excellent condition! And this is great! But there is something that is not ok - on the website was written that after flashing the phone with Xiaomi.eu there should be OTA updates. It is not like this. There is an update with a new version of MUI. I downloaded it and tried to install it. Instead of beginning the update, there has been appeared a menu in Chinese language only and after I translated the options and tried to begin the installation... nothing was happening! A few days later I found a guide on xiaomi.eu.com with some steps to follow: Steps to install update of xiaomi.eu ROM (All your data and files on internal storage will NOT be deleted!)- Download our ROM zip file WEEKLY or STABLE- Unpack downloaded zip file in the PC- Reboot your device to fastboot mode (press volume down + power)- Connect to PC via USB cable- Run fastboot installation script from unpacked zip according your PC operating system. In my opinion, this is not an OTA update - OTA is to download the update and with one click to start the updating process - without PC, without fastboot, and so on... That's why I gave this website 3 stars only, because this is not correct! And because of this now I am afraid to update my phone... If I knew that the update process will be like this, I would not buy the phone!

"Was Hesitant at First But My First Order went Great!"

A month ago I was looking to buy the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and I found the phone on this website for a good price but I was hesitant because I have never heard of it before. I saw some reviews and here and I still wasn't fully convinced yet I decided to buy from them since they have decent reviews and I've read people recommend this website if someone wants brand new Xiaomi phones and now fast forward a month after I hit the order button. I have received my order and I am happy with the phone and the great service of this website. good experience for my first order. but I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 because they open the phone box before shipping to check the phone is working and install google play services for china version only phones (like the Mi 11 Pro I ordered) but they do seal the phone themselves before packing it and shipping it. I would make it 5 stars if they gave us the option to receive the phone with the factory seal without opening it. Excuse my English.

I bought the Xiaomi mi mix 4 and it had to be delivered to Belgium. Everything went really well, the package was in super condition. The onlything that wasn't great was the deliverytime. It took around 25 days, they said it would take around 16 days.
