How is it possible that a company pays you to comment on the same company? Now I understand why this rating on TradingShenzhen is so high! This is part of the email I received from TradingShenzhen:"Write us your opinion and get 7$ for each Trustpilot review. Just rate it, send a screenshot to support... send and collect the voucher."IT'S NOT SERIOUS! I am not happy with my purchase but I almost wrote a comment to receive 7$

All was great. I got a trouble with the address because they dont send to Canary Islands (Spain) but they care about it and give me some options to solve it. In my case the order was a bit late to arrive but finally I got my new phone and its perfect. I will buy again for sure!

"A solid store with good support"
Excellent contact, mail support, relatively fast shipping, considering the fact it came from Hong Kong to Poland. I liked that they pre checked the device before shipping to reduce the risk of sending a faulty phone. I also had no problems with returning the phone I had bought earlier. What did hurt my wallet is that the return fee is $60, thus four stars instead of five. This is really a lot of money. Besides that, the store is worth recommending. I'd probably buy something from them again.

So I had to delete my old review and write a new one.Made the order on 22nd February, got a confirmation on 24th february. On 4th march they shipped it. Today is 27th of March and I still haven't received my phone, it's been over 30 days and the DHL tracker is stuck. Made a suppor ticket, they told me to get back to them monday (25.03.2024) and I did. Another guy said on thursday (21.03.2024) that they will file an investigation to the logistics because the package might have been lost, I've sent another e-mail to ask how long this is going to take since my current phone is slowly dying, no answer. It's inadmissible, because at this point they are stalling, the DHL tracker haven't moved since, I cannot contact anyone. They told me that if the phone is lost they will refund my money or send another phone, but at least TELL ME how long is it going to take instead of stalling.The prices might be low, but they work with Deutsche post which is trash. I expected really good services since I heard of them from youtube.If they don't reply soon I will make a request to the bank to get my money back, this is absolutely rude at this point.EDIT : So you are saying that in my country packages are more prone to stealing? I doubt that.I am gonna wait until monday 01.04.2024, then I will contact my bank if the situation is not resolved.LAST EDIT : They told me the package was stolen, and that in my country the steal a lot of packages. while DHL tracker never updated from "The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically". They are lying about it, the package never reached DHL, it was stolen either by Global Priority employees or their own employees or the package was never sent.If it was stolen in my country I would've had updated tracker with "transition" and the mail service in my country which is supposed to deliver me the goods in my country never received any AWB from DHL. Or DHL would've marked it as delivered if it was stolen in my country.I will try to get my money back and avoid this company in the future, they are shady and dishonest.They also banned my account or disabled it after they confirmed that they will send a refund.Thank you!

Very good prices of the phones. Shipping cost and speed could be better. Products marked as "in stock" are sometimes not in stock at all. Customer support is not very good: it takes them too long to answer and in the end you get too little valuable information (or none).

I'm very happy with my Xiaomi Mix 4, but I don't know if I would buy it at TradingShenzen again if I had to do it again.Shipping took longer then expected, 21 days instead of the 16 that was advertised. That was annoying, but what was frustrating was that the shipping status didn't update in realtime, but that it took 3-4 days to receive updates of the status that happened.And to top it off the price went massively down after ordering. After two days $ 30,- but right now the phone is a whopping $ 140 cheaper! In just three weeks...Update:TradingShenzen asked me to send an e-mail, but after one week no reaction at all.

Xiaomi 12 Pro, very good phone, working as expected flawlessly until now.Only one minor thing, that after installing the Xiaomi.eu firmware by seller, it seems the charging cable was exchanged to one older (heavily used one), which does not support 120W charging.
