"All was fine"

All was fine, good price, communication with support good, quite fast shipping (as seller promised), good phone - cannot say nice, but great ? Makes awesome photos! Checked by TS, rooted by TS but after install of telegram I found problem with sending photos. Factory reset needed, that's why I give 4,5 stars. Thank you, I definitely recommend Trading Shenzhen! ?

"I received a flashlight instead of the phone"

I ordered a Xiaomi 11 Pro on the 3rd of March 2022.After more than a month of waiting, I received a Multifonctional Emergency Product instead of the 500 euros phone I ordered. It's completely unacceptable.It isn't even sold on their website...Edit :They have answered me and apparently it's a problem with the carrier. For the time being, I will delete that theyre scammer, if it is true.I'll change my rating if a solution is found.

"Smartphone warranty repair"

They refunded me the shipping to the service center in Germany. Shipping to China was delayed due to lockdown problems ando so, They refunded me the current value of the smartphone and I bought back another one, which arrived in a very short time

"I have been wait more them 36 days for."

I have been wait more them 36 days for my parcel to be delivered. And all they say is check the tracking number when I checked it it shows parcel was delivered to CapeTown however I didn't get any parcel I'm home everyday but no parcel came. Very bad service.

"Problem with returns"

The company does not respect the EU law that gives you the right to return the item in 14 after delivery for online purchases. Instead they charge prohibitive fees for the returns and avoid providing you the address for the returns.PS. Ad reply: The delivery cost on the invoice was zero and item was sent to me from within the EU, so again TS is manipulating here.

"Absolute Terrible Return & Refund Experience"

My initial first shopping experience started off positive, as I was able to track my order from China to the UK. But this turned totally downhill when choosing to return the product due to it no longer being required.I was first told that I needed to pay 80 euros to cover the returns cost. I accepted this as it was explained on their website but to my surprise after paying this I was then told since I didn't live in Germany, I needed to further pay my own return costs which ended up totalling 150 euros (including the original paid 80 euros).As I was keen to get the item returned, I paid the additional charge resulting in it arriving back on 10th January 2023. But since there has been no acknowledgment, update or response to my emails.I tried reaching out via the suggested company WhatsApp and received responses like the following:"Due to that, the processing time is set to zero and all tickets which are older than yours will be processed first"As a result of this, I had to raise a PayPal Dispute which went in my favor as PayPal ended up entirely compensating me. But I strongly recommend avoiding this company because of there absolute poor customer service.Note: An indication of this companies' poor service can be seen within their responses to negative reviews. Always excuses and no solutions. New buyers take note!
