"Vivo IQOO 9 8/256GB - No more support"

I had purchased a Vivo IQOO 9 8/256GB.I received it within the named time and was happy.But there was no google play store installed, just google play. I was not able to register on google play, or enter/save any of my mail addresses. I was asked to hard reset the phone, now I only have a pure chinese phone. It's all in Chinese, which makes it completely unusable for me. I had sent pictures to the support to show them my trouble. No answer. Now I have a $ 627,-- phone I cannot use at all, since I do not know how to read Chinese. No reaction anymore from the support - very disappointing. So it seems like I wasted all my money.

"Good price, terrible customer support"

Customer support from hell. They will ask for the most unimportant things, act like broken hardware is exactly what you ordered and write unhelpful E-Mails, trying to get you to stop messaging them without resolving any issues - don't spend anything with them you aren't willing to loose!Edit: Asking again for Info already given, asking for photos of a device with no outer damage, asking me to try things I told them I'd already done and asking me to come back in a week if a problem that has presisted for a month now still persists. Saying draining 50% battery of a smartphone in an hour while its not in use is prefectly normal. I hope you got enough info on why you should not buy here.

"Buy only if you can wait 2-3 months"

Was promised to receive the phone in 10-14 days. It took more then 40 days (still don't have it). Customer service at one point stopped answering my emails, then they lied to me that they attempted delivery (however, I have letter from post that package was never handed over to them), then it got stuck at the Luxemburg Airport for 20 days and nobody did anything about this. Would not by again.Here is my tracking number to varify.UG030602698YPEDIT: Basically everything you wrote in response is a lie of some sort. My product is stuck in Luxembourg and Trading Shenzen is claiming that it is not lost and will be send out again. I think no one believes that package that is not lost needs 20 days to be send out again. It is hard to imagine that company needs 20 days to send out package from warehouse. Order reference: ZYRZLEJXRAlso, you are claiming you are calling the delivery company every day? Is that a joke or are you that incompetent that you can get a hold of delivery company for 20 days to send out package again? Which in the first place shouldn't be returned to warehouse. AwfulIf there was a real problem like that package got lost I would understand. It can happen. But you claim you know where the package is that you will send it out again. And here we are, 2 weeks later with package still being at the same place. Be honest to your customers, I would definitely understand. But with all the lies and promises it only looks like you are scamming

"Ordered Feb.15th no delivery or change."

Ordered Feb.15th no delivery or change in delivery status since then. No communication from shenzen side till today. Will contact credit card company to claim my money back. First and last time I ordered something there.Unfortunately I can't give zero points.

"The package was obviously opened."

The package was obviously opened before. The box wasn't factory sealed anymore. The protection case which came with the phone was dirty. Felt like buying a used phone. Don't recommend buying.??

Phone not truly adjusted for European market, I think this should be stated more clearly.The website states: "Firmware: Original (EN/CHN)"From this I concluded that both English and Chinese firmware are available. While it's true that the interface is in English, lots of default apps are in Chinese, and I was met with some notifications in Chinese.Phone seems to have been pre-used, as it didn't walk me thru the usual set up process, it immediately booted into Android as if someone else set it up.I did a factory reset, and then Google Play was not available, had to install it manually.Google Assistant ("Hey google") doesn't work. This might be Motorola's problem, or it might be due to Chinese firmware.Edge notifications don't work. Seems like Motorola's problem.Dual apps (whatsapp) notifications often don't work. Probably Motorola's problem.Gmail notifications often very delayed. Also, I think Motorola's problem.Bad experience. Partially due to the phone itself (Moto X40) partially due to TradingShenzen not stating clearly enough that this is a phone intended for the Chinese market, but with English interface.EDIT:After this review, I also wanted to leave a review on their website (tradingshenzhen.com) but I wasn't able to. As I tried to log into my account, I got an error message that I can't log in, and I should contact support.I contacted support, told them about the error, and the representative asked me - I kid you not - "Did you anger us?"They were angered by my negative review here, and closed my account there ?? What a bunch of sissies.If I were you, I would suspect that the reviews on their website are not authentic, as they ban anyone who 'angers them'. Losers.
