All good with the product. Ordering a bit strange with some hick-ups in communication. Namely they changed the operating system upon /after order (WHY not give these details upfront??) but anyways..not a biggie for me. Shipping fast. Product as described. Only issue: missing headphones from the package (which should have been included).

I cant view my order status anymore so I contacted the support but they only told me stuff that I already knew and re sent me Emails that I already had so it was not really helpfull...I hope my Phone comes quick without any damage because I dont want to deal with the support again

Bad service, extremely unprofessional customer service. Most of goods are fine. But some of them were out of stock without any notice until u placed your order and waited over the maximum time.Good thing is they just waste your time not taking away ur money (able to cancel the order).That was my personal experience, but I've seen many people left good reviews, so, you know...

You have to be careful, the employees are rude after you order, they are overbearing, if you come across someone who is not good at English, you may be subjected to my bad experience and bullying.Before shopping from the site, 2-5 business days are written for the delivery time of a product to the cargo. I placed the order on Friday. I ordered it on Friday at noon. The next week, on Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday, my order was not delivered to the cargo company, so I asked for help by e-mail, they told me that I had to be patient and this process took 5 working days. When the fifth working day, that is, Friday, ended, my product was still not delivered to the cargo company.I slowly started to worry. On the seventh working day after placing the order, I asked for help again by e-mail. On the eighth working day, I was afraid when I saw that my order was canceled by traidingshenzen, because they banned me from their Facebook group, and they deleted my traidingshenzen member account, I could only reach their WhatsApp and e-mail addresses, I explained this to my bank in Poland and requested a chargeback.And when I asked Traidingshenzen how many days after the refund will be made, I was even more worried when I learned that it would be refunded between 4 working days and 10 working days, because I had already waited 12 days for my order to be delivered to the courier, and now I have to wait maybe 1 more week. I paid 700 dollars, while I was going through this process, the WhatsApp manager threatened me that if I write too much, I will be banned from WhatsApp.You should definitely think twice before shopping from this site. I did not request a refund, there was a misunderstanding and I did not know what to do in the face of this situation that I encountered afterward. I feel lucky to have saved my money at the end of the stressful wait. They don't empathize. they are angry. The last two ways of communication were WhatsApp and e-mail. The last thing they said on WhatsApp, do not write anymore, I will ban you here. (What I am experiencing is not normal.)Imagine you are asking for help and to speed up the process. they will cancel your delayed order first. When you ask for help, they will ban you from their Facebook group. then they will delete the account that you ordered from the traidingshenzen, and they will say by e-mail that it is after 4-10 working days for the refund period. You have already waited 12 days and they will say that you have to wait 2 more weeks for a refund. the only good thing about the transaction is that the product arrived really quickly, much earlier than expected, but the package was not sealed: the terminal was without film and there are signs of use on the screen, also the back in leatherette it is unglued at the top. I believe the phone has been used. I'm not satisfied.

After my phone got lost in shipping (as this company claims that), they said that they will re ship it. I just got an email that my order has completed with OLD tracking link. Their support dont answer me, and guess what? They have suspended my account! :D I have paid $1500 2 months ago, and I received nothing but nonsense support messages. I will talk to my lawyer today and take legal action. Stay away, they are scam.Edit: And now they are threatening me that if I don't take my review back, they won't send MY phone. They claim that they lost $1500, not me. Because I gave them 1 star review :D Never seen that nonsense argument before. Anyways, I will keep trustpilot informed about this case.
