I ordered a Nubia Z50 Ultra Starry Night edition with global priority shipping on 18.6.2023, and on the morning of 28.6.2023 it was already at my doorstep. Therefore it took less than 10 days to arrive from the moment of the purchase.The phone box was very well packaged in multiple layers of bubble foil. I also received some toy bricks as a gift, which is nice.Only thing I was missing was a confirmation card that the phone has successfully passed their testing process (I've seen people get it in TradingShenzhen unboxing videos on YT) but maybe they don't put it in the box anymore or only do it for some devices.Also my phone didn't have the Google Play store installed, eventhough I found an apk of it in the files. However that's not a problem because they have a tutorial on their website on how to easily install the latest version yourself.Now about the phone - I've been using it for over one month already and everything seems to be working well. It looks beautiful. In some areas I am a bit dissapointed though but that has nothing to do with TradingShenzhen.

Site claims to have a sense of customer service, this is not my experience... I ordered a 800+ $ smartphone on August 29th. Very little info about the shipment and super unreliable tracking information. One month after ordering I contact customer service only to be told "wait a few more days". I then contact the transporter GLS (worst carrier ever, BTW) to get some news and GLS tells me that my package was "lost". Fine, I go back to Tradingshenzhen customer service to check what they propose to help resolve the issue and get only silence. No answer at all after multiple reminders. ---Tired of arguing on a platform which is not meant for that. Buy a OP11 after a few days I was adviced to return mobile because it has a software region lock problem.The support cancel my account and told me I have no need to buy from them again. Surreal. They return the money after one month. Overall a bad experience.Really surreal. I was never aggressive. I just ask for my refund or my mobile.I have the emails who prove my words.Im going to make a complain directly to the company.Next time I will paste here your email answers, so everybody see who was aggressive in the process. I lost also my loyalty points, the points I have earn buying.This is not a correct behavior.
