"Buyers be aware of this company"
First and the last time that I bought here in this store. Nobody was kind enough to help me with a problem that I had in a brand new Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. Chinese Rom, and I asked for a European Rom. No OTA updates. Nothing!Buyers be AWARE!!No more Xiaomi and TradingShenzhen.quote: '' Buyers be aware of this company, they try to help you, but when a customer is not willing to wait or to send a device to the service to flash, than asking for a refund. This company is so kindly and send the customer a free DHL delivery slip to return the device and refund the order. And if you don't like anymore Xiaomi, this is really sad, but your decision.''Did anyone of you tell me to send my device to service? I don't have that information.

"They were a nightmare to deal with, but I got my money back"
They were a nightmare to deal with. I bought a Vivo X90Pro+First the order was sitting with no activity for 2 weeks despite it being in stock. Then they sent it, but the price dropped 100 euro right on the day they sent it. I asked them to adjust it but they didn't.When I got the phone, safetynet check failed. Despite them saying on the website that it would pass 100%. Also the phone didn't get OTA updates ever and it was completely softlocked that I couldn't even use recovery mode or manual update to fix it.2 months of talking to them via email. Over 30 emails and they finally accepted there was a problem with some of their phones. They had borked them when installing Google Play Services on the phone and tripped the safetynet.I wouldn't have minded if there was still a way to update the device or even root it but there wasn't. That's Vivo's fault though.Ultimately I got a refund. But this was also a disaster really. When I made the RMA process, they immediately locked my account. I couldn't login. Despite me telling them to unlock it, they never did. They never even talked about locking my account. Presumably it's so you can't leave a negative review on the phone on their site. Which I had already done, but yep they deleted that too when I checked. So you can't trust the reviews on their website at all. They'll delete anything which isn't positive.I then had to wait 2.5 weeks for the phone to be sent back because they use the slowest pre-paid return service ever. They tried to make take store credit back. But how? You locked my account and never unlocked it. I also got emails saying to login to my account to see the status of my return. But of course it was locked and I couldn't.After I insisted and basically threatened to make a Paypal claim if they didn't refund me. They finally refunded me... of course thanks to exchange rate, I got about 50 euro less back...All-in-all it was a horrible experience. I will say that the phone was packaged really nicely and in perfect condition but that's again up to Vivo. At least they are not selling "used" phones. But their method of putting Google Play on the phone bricked it. Not a single person on Giztop had this problem with the Vivo but there was about 4 of us on XDA which all bought from TradingShenzen had the issue.Would I buy from them again? It depends. I am hoping that this Vivo incident was a ONE time thing. They also DID keep in contact but the contact was mostly useless and they did make me a wait a REALLY long time. I doubt I would have had as much success with the refund if I didn't use Paypal.Guys at TradingShenzen, please please please do not lock your customer's account after RMA. It is a terrifying thing. We can't see the return process there either and it's simply not fair. You also have my data and I can't even have that deleted so you're breaking the GDPR.

"Don't expect warrenty, it does not exist."
The phone ONEPLUS 9Pro I bought last year 12.11.21 OrderId XLULLPQUV, broke within the guarantee. Now TradingShenzen tells, that the repair would be too expensive and last at least 3month.No word about the fabulos guarantee, that is promised on the web.page."Warrenty of the highest standard -> warrenty you can forget. The phone for more than 600$ is broken and that's it. -> I have to by another one. :(If required I can share the mailing I did with Support@TradingShenzhen

"Delivery can improve"
Delivery to EU not really quick. Opened product that is not really explained on the web when you did not select any custom ROM.

"Missing a piece"
Phone was okay, delivery took some time but it's fine. However, I ordered a screen protector to go with it and it didn't arrive? In fact I believe it was not sent all? And the customer support assured me that it would arrive too- nothing of the sort happened. That's why the rating's low.

"For the first time ever"
For very first time ever! I came across something like the seller and the payment provider verified the address and therefore I was forced to cancel the order because I am currently working and living somewhere else ????If someone has one address on the card and wants to deliver it to another place, then save them the effort!A classic example, imagine you are abroad and you need to pay for a hotel or a car and you can't pay because you have a different address on your card which is not the same as the place where you are paying. If someone decides to misuse my account and my money, it's not my problem, it's the bank's problem and its security problem, so I would deal with it with a complaint.Blocking an account after leaving a negative review is probably normal in China, thumbs up!This shop is one big minus people!

"Very disappointed from TradingShenzhen, order number: DDUEYMRQK"
I don't write many reviews, but this store was below every level so I had to write.Their intent is very good, but the customer service is just awful. I bought a Mi 11 Ultra, paid and everything was good and beautiful, the phone was transferred to the shipping company after only 5 days (which was amazing and so far I was very excited about the company!), But suddenly after two weeks transferred to a courier company I see an email from the site saying they can't send the phone to the my country (and I mention - my country was on the list of countries when I ordered the phone).Since then, things started to get complicated, I had to buy from another site without waiting for a refund (which was also very difficult to get out of them). I had to write them emails daily to get my refund back (sounds just not normal), and only after a week they sent me back the refund. In short, I waited almost a month for them to tell me that the order was canceled and that they return the money to me (and it turned out that I only lost, because I paid through crypto and there is a fee of $ 40 to pay)...Very disappointed with TradingShenzhen. I came with high expectations and came out very disappointed.I will never buy in TradingShenzhen, I'm very happy with Giztop and their service.

"$483 gone."
Purchasing from your store has been a very bad experience. I ordered a Redmi K40 Pro ($460 approx phone) and received a Poco M3 ($160 approx phone) more than a month later. At the very least, I expected an apology for the mistake, instead I was rudely talked down to when I requested a refund. Saying "Your request is denied. You will get the Phone you ordered. You will need to take it in. We will refund the tax charges." . As if the fault was mine. No apology. Would you trust if it were you? Your customer support agents (both email and WhatsApp) speak as if not to a customer, but an annoyance. Even when I try to be polite. $483 gone. Nicely played.
