There was supposed to be a problem with OTA updates, unfortunately updates do not work. I do not recommend shopping. After posting an opinion, they additionally blocked my account on which I made the purchase. It claims that there is no problem with OTA but there is data downloading to 99.9% and a message pops up that the download failed and I have to try again, again and again.

Really bad devilery time, they sold phones that weren't even in stock.My order from 20nd February is still not delivered, while others that ordered after me already got their phone.And they deleted my review.Edit:So you order JUST-IN-TIME while on holidays, you have to be joking.But anyways order arrived, and it has a very cheap travel adapter. Also i read on other threads people bought Color OS and got Oxygen OS for free, or got free upgrade for storage.Next time i will buy from more trusted sites, a big competitor also sells the same phone for 618$ with Oxygen OS.

Sometimes they cancel your order without further notice is annoying this happens often, sometimes they say no more stock , others that the address couldn't be verified although you have purchased in the past , a lot of room for improvement

Order made almost 2 months ago. Tradingshenzen sent the parcel but the company Colis Prive in France ''lost'' the parcel saying it was delivered, then claims to have lost it, after weeks of messages and calls. In the end I have nothing, and I have to manage with Tradingshenzen who hasn't yet understood that I haven't received anything because delivery status: delivered. I can't rate this as a good experience until I get my money back or receive what I ordered.I don't blame Tradingshenzen, but the Colis Prive delivery service. He was notified before delivery that there was an error in the address (a postal code number was wrong, I don't know why, but the name of the city still allowed delivery) which took 15 days to make transfers promising me to solve the problem every 2 days to finally lose it when it was reported delivered. The other order (the wireless charger) arrived at the right place despite the address error but not the same delivery person... so I find myself without a phone but with a high-end wireless charger... I will change obviously the note when everything is settled.

I payed with my credit card but the address was different so the tablet wasn't shipped.after 10 days i sent them mail and they told me that the credit card and the address should have the same name.and i should change it on my profile.i understand that but the same day of the payment or the next they should have sent me a mail to tell me this so i could change it and the tablet could shipped immediately.i waited 10 days and I sent them the mail to ask them why my tablet isn't shipped.if i haven't send them the mail i would still wait for my tablet.

Fast shipping but they gave me a usb that I ordered with the laptop in a different language and didn't want to do anything about it.

I bought a 80-120W Xiaomi Wireless Charger and I was not provided an EU travel adapter. The product page clearly mentioned in the questions that this IS in the scope of delivery and is included. I tried contacting the Customer Service who tried to argue against it. So I guess there is a reason I am not buying or recommending ANYONE to buy products from Tradingshenzhen. The customer service sucks!

According to tracking, 2 weeks after parcel come back to seller. Gift to birthday late, no even a sorry. Then they resend and after another 2 weeks at last all ok. Not cheap accessories. Need else 20eur if you want to pay via PayPal and so on. They are sold most interested phones, but not all list top rated. Usual cheap china games named "voucher" garbage.

TradingShenzhen is the site I have my worst buying experience. I Ordered and Pay my item and the tragedy begin. I had to waiting not more than 5 working days, as it was announced in the site, but more then 21 days have past and I'm still waiting. From the "My account/Orders" in the site I could see they have "sent" the item in 3 days of order , but no tracking number have ever appears. I have sent several e-mail and on the first one the answer was "Our shipper still can't find the house number" I gave to them (in Europe), strange, don't you think (are you kidding me)? And at my next e-mails, I didn't receive any answers. I will wait one more day and my next step will be to try to take my money back, in any way, seems will not be easy, in case they do not answer my e-mails.P.S. - So, I have just receive the item, in the day I post this comment, it seem pretty good. Thanks you TradingShenzhen team!

Bought a mobile phone, delivery as promised. TradingShenzhen is reliable partner.There is a small problem with payment using MASESTRO card, it is not clear what postal number is need, my or of the bank, no one works. Why is postal umber needed for payment using MAESTRO debit card? Payment with Credit Card is OK.
