Lost a lot of time and then my order got canceled. Don't advise buying form them...unless you feel very lucky.PS: at the time of the order, product was available. As far as house number concerns, I replied the very first day, after 2 days received another mail with the same question.

Not on time(haven't ship yet over the maximum date they inscribed). Costumer service is ok but very unprofessional. When I ask for a supervisor, there is no more response.

After seeing so many positive reviews, I purchased the phone on March 18. I received the tracking number on March 20. It shown electronic shippment registration. It's been a month, I have no tracking updates. When I call my post office, They told me that the seller didn't send the package physically and it was just an electronic registration. When I contact trading Shenzhen support, they don't care to respond for days. Their answer are mostly in single word or couple of words even if you write your problem in detail. They say answers like it is on the way. But if I ask them, where is it right now. They don't have an answer. They ask me to wait. But how long someone can wait after paying? It's been a month. I keep writing to them in email and in WhatsApp about shipping update. But they are not giving me any promising answer. Till now I don't know where is the package and my money is with them. There is no proof that the package is on the way. I am frustbecause of no answers from the support. So I post this review here to get some help. I bought this for my son's birthday. The birthday is gone and I have no answer to tell my son when he asks me when will he get his phone.

"Very slow processing"

I'm giving one star for the good prices and another star because they respond to emails quickly. However, three stars are missing because they processed my order terribly slowly. I placed it on February 13th, and it didn't get out of their store until March 7th. This is well beyond their claimed processing period of 3-5 days.

The phone came in, well packed, arrived fast to country of destination (slow local courrier). At purchase didn't had the color i wanted (the day before they had), maybe they work with limited stock, or it was just my bad luck. The tracking site provided does not give a lot of information, got the impression that the phone was stuck in transit midway, consulting other tracking sites with more detailed information, it was just a 1st delivery attempt not successful. Good customer service. The phone, so far: great performance, great camera, but picked english as system language and not everything is in english. Good price at TradingShenzhen, and came with a voucher.Overall, very good experience, i recommend this seller.

Stay away worse service placed on order for oppo find n nothing updated for delivery for ten days everything I messaged on WhatsApp was informed they will look into it then tried customer services same response ended up cancelling the order waiting for refund to come giztop.com is probably best to purchase any Chinese phones from as reviews and customer services alot better, tradingshenzen was more happy to cancel my order rather than to investigate why my order was not being sent. Bad service stay away
