"Total exploitation with horrible service"
I paid 7 k for premium lounge but horrible experience.I was there for 4 hrs! asking everyone to help me but my attendant was not found.He totally misguided me.Demanded documents that were not required in the end.I paid total 25 k when actual visa fee is around 5 k.

I received email on passport/visa documents delivery to TNT courier. However, I haven't received yet. Further, call center is also unable to guide me or provide me tracking number. Regards,

"The experience was not up to the mark."
The experience was not up to the mark in VFS pune, they kept us standing for the document sorting for almost 30 minute, they didn't even provide any chairs while sorting the document. Document sorting process itself was also not satisfactory, they were removing documents without properly answering why they are doing it although it was mentioned in the document checklist, e.g. proof of employment document showing the salary. They asked why we have written back date on covering letter and modified it by hand, well we wrote the covering letter few weeks back, no one writes it on the day they have the appointment. It seems they were not fully knowledgeable about the process or atleast that was the impression I got. After the document sorting process was over, it was all good, there were plenty of seats inside and the counter person was good as well.I also observed a bad practice from VFS, asking to buy premium lounge service, given the fact that document sorting process is better there.Not a good experience overall.

"Very bad communication"
Very bad communication, they suggested me to withdraw my visa application without knowing the embassy responses. I had to cancel everything (hotel, flights,etc) because they said to me the visa was denied then when I went to collect my passport the visa was on there, so a better communication with the applicants could be very helpful and avoiding people getting annoyed because misunderstandings

Your responses to customer reviews are inadequate, as they show a lack of concern for the issues raised and fail to engage with customers to understand their problems. It appears that you only respond to maintain the appearance of addressing complaints, rather than genuinely addressing them. This approach lacks integrity.

"Absolutely shockingly bad"
Absolutely shockingly bad. The security guard on service Tuesday 9 April, just before 4 o clock was extremely rude. No place to sit, have to queue outside in wind and rain. Told by South African staff I can pick up a little earlier as I have to travel very far. Security guard shouted at me in front of the whole street to wait until 4 AVOID at all cost. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

They have charged me for Premium Lounge, but they didn't provide any kind of facilities of Premium lounge.

Visa Process Service was quite commendable. Waiting same response for the prompt service of final process too!!!
