VFS GLASGOW STAFF excellent and helpful thanks.But the Indian visa website is a complete nightmare. ( Indian friends said it is because all the skilled tech people emigrate from India leaving the unskilled to work for government website! ) i gave up on the evisa, and even with getting help at VFS for an actual visa in passport, u still have to do the tortuous online system by yourself VFS cannot help. it took me several days to work it out. they ask for your family lineage father mother and all sorts of seemingly irrelevant information. and the pictures have to be absolutely exact. and the India visa website did not say i needed three months bank statements which the VFS staff told me i needed when i got to my appointment so-off to the bank. and why? - u have to make an appointment with VFS online cannot go in person as i initially did. then they take your passport away for several days. it is a truly third world process. amazed that India has any tourists. i will never do this again.Visa expensive - I asked for two months but consulate gave me one year $140

We had the lounge so it was smoother . the only minor complain was the Swiss counters were moc=ving super fast whereas Italian counters were way slower .

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience during the application process. Before my turn, there were three applicants who encountered payment issues with the agency. While it's understandable that such issues can arise, the order of assistance seemed to prioritize those who faced payment challenges. applicants who were ready to proceed with biometrics had to wait for an extended period (approximately an hour and a half). Consider a more efficient approach to handling payment-related problems. Perhaps designate a separate queue or allocate additional resources to address these issues promptly without affecting other applicants.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that my feedback contributes to streamlining the process for future applicants.

"Not even a single star"

In the past 4 months I have been trying daily to book an appointment for a family visit visa to Denmark in Iran and it seems nearly impossible to do so. I notice that there are several travel agencies in Iran that sell these appointment slots for more than 100 Euros. Have been trying to reach out to VFS global's so called "customer service" with screenshots and documentation through Twitter/Facebook but get the same useless response that time slots are available to book on a basis of "first come, first serve". How can it be possible for me or others to find any available slot while certain travels agencies seem to have privileged access to VFSGlobal's booking system.

Courier haven't received, we have come to VFS Global Bangalore and taken the passports on 18/04/24, then mail comes from VFS stating Courier has been sent.?????Waste of paying Courier charges,Disappointed

Even though all the services were availed while paying online, I was told that money will be refunded back to me and I shall have to again pay in cash which I paid. I was assured money will be refunded back in 2-3 days. It's been a month and money is not refunded.
