Need to better manage with appointment taken by applicants. Eg: if applicants have taken appointment for 10:15am, then it should be that he or she enter the office already to start the process. As it is all applicants need to arrive 15mins earlier before their appointment.

"Not really Premium Lounge at the VFS office!"
As per the video ad, there was really nobody to guide each person. It would be better for both customer and VFS, if there was really somebody to go through the applications before one submits at the counter. The token system needs to be organized, may be with a display board, like for example in the Passport office. Tokens are just announced orally by each counter! And one has to go from counter to counter enquiring!The only advantage I saw of the premium lounge was that it was less crowded and there were free print out services and refreshments!I HAD ALREADY PAID ONLINE AND BOOKED PREMIUM LOUNGE FACILITY. WITHOUT INFORMING ME, I WAS MADE TO PAY AGAIN, ALONG WITH THE VISA FEES. I FOUND OUT AFTER THE RECEIPT WAS GIVEN. WHEN ASKED THE PERSON AT THE COUNTER JUST EXPRESSED HER HELPLESSNESS, BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T KNOW! AND NOW I HAVE TO APPLY FOR A REFUND AND PROVE TO THEM THAT I HAVE PAID TWICE!

I have availed delivery services for visa at my place. Vfs should atleast provide us with courier tracking facility. I have no idea where is my passport. When will it deliver. You should work on to improve it. Rest everything is good.
