"Italy work visa"

I submitted the Italy work visa application form on 11/02/2023. After that, I had two auto-genee-mails, which wrote that my application form was under process, today is 04/16/2024 I have not received any email yet that has told me how long my form will be completed.

"Find an agent who can get you an appointment to escape from disappointment"

I tried to book an appointment online, did not find an appointment, called customer care and they said all appointments are made online and they can't help. My relatives found an agent they book an appointment on same website, magical the website show time slots for their account and it doesn't show for our account. Lucky us we found an agent who can book an appointment. Imagine for those who don't know these details. The company should be transparent about it's process no matter how it does.

"Two and half hrs for four applicants.!!!"

HiWriting this feedback in context to my recent visa application dated 16th April. I entered in office at around 9:45 am and allotted number as 8 and at counter application consideration was going on for 4 or 5 , not sure . But for further 3 to 4 applicants, almost two and half hr taken resulted my turn after two and half hrs.Not sure but reporting incident to check if you can improve the efficiency of application handling Thanks

"What a god awful system and website VFS use"

VFS Global has the most frustrating website I have ever used. I booked my summer holidays two months ago and my wife has been trying to get an appointment ever since. You cannot simply turn up at VFS and request a visa, oh no. You have to book an appointment on their website, but the issue is that there are never any appointments available. Ever! You have to be constantly logging in to their website (yes they make you log in every single time) and fill the form in hopes that a slot may turn up, but most of the times you'll just get something along the lines of "there are no slots available at the moment". Then, when a slot does appear, you have to be very quick to fill the form or the slot will be gone. Not only this system is insane, but the website is riddled with issues. For example, my wife found four slots available throughout the day today, however she was unable to book any of them because of a prompt to message an OTP code to her phone/email/messaging app (who knows which one, it's a lottery!) but she never receives the damn code, and of course the slot disappears. To top it all off, they make you pay for the appointment, if you manage to get one that is. What should be a simple visa application, turns into a stressful and anxiety inducing drawn out experience over the course of several months. VFS has a LOT to improve upon, because right now they are absolute garbage and I simply cannot believe they are legally allowed to operate in this manner.

"Totally irresponsible and carelss"

I had a barcode sticker on the back of my passport. That was an acknowledgement of my Canadian biometrics and is MANDATORY when I submit my passport for Canadian visa. I had mentioned this to the VFS person in the Premium Lounge and asked him to make a special not of this. I have received my passport today, and the sticker has been ripped off. Absolutely irresponsible. Now I will have to go through troubles for my Canadian visa
