Rude staff with no knowledge, have to always ask everything from managers which is a bottleneck and hence the customers have to wait for long. I am trying to personally reach government officials but hope they read the reviews too.

VFS Jalandhar Only 1 booth of biometrics for 11 countries. It took 4 hours for biometric. Management by staff is not good. No queue system or token while biometrics. Staff is not trained to manage crowd. They were sending people to booth as they wish. Improve your management & look for long term solutions.

Website unresponsive for Belgium counter. Getting cut off all the time, then can't login. Been trying for days to get appointment and always get message that there are no appointments available. Have called up the call center and they just parrot that they can only help us through the website that does not work. I am a Belgium citizen and this visa if for our nanny to accompany the family on a visit and I am embarrassed that my country has such an incompetent service partner.

The staff who handled my file was very courteous.This rating is not for the associate who handled my file.I walked in for my Swedish Visa application processing and my token SWAP 15 was geneat 10.15.I was called by the counter at 11.40 or so. The reason for the delay is that applicants before me were filling forms and getting passport xerox when at the counter. Also there was a travel agent who had multiple passports which delayed further. So a applicant who was prepared with all documents waited for more than 1 hour while applicants who were completely unprepared had their application processed prior. I suggest you come up with some internal processes to avoid delaying other applicants. My processing just took 10 minutes and was sent to the biometric booth.

Too much time taken to verify document at the reception area for each candidate (Approx. 20 min each), and for whole time candidate and other people need to be standing in the queue. No arrangement to sit.
