"sell appointment in black market"

Here in Iran, some frauds start to get appointment date for France visa and they sell it in black market to real applicants. so we can not get appointment date because no free slot. please change the process not to let change name and anyone who got date must visit vfs office him/herself to avoid this issue.@mchamidreza twitter

"Schengen visa application submission experience"

Totally unorganized and the staff are not really trained well. Payment system is quite unreliable and have to shuttle between the counters to pay the fee.Biometrics capture booths are not attended by the staff and have to chase them for attention.Awful experience overall with a lead time of 3.5 hours just to submit an application.

"Long waiting hours and misleading website services"

I had to wait for 1.30 hours. There was no representative in the Belgium counter to process the visa. I have paid for photo booth service and agent told me there is no such service which is listed in VFS site and the process of applying refund was also not explained. Seems agent is not clear about that. Had I not had a spare photo with me, I would have wasted another two hours to go outside and take a photo and come back and submit again. Please don't list the services which are not available and misguide users.

I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and frustration with the services provided by VFS Global, particularly in one of the world's most significant metropolitan hubs, London. It is inconceivable how obtaining an appointment or receiving responses to inquiries has become an ordeal for individuals requiring visa services. The inefficiency peaks when one considers the duration it takes for VFS Global to prepare and submit visa application materials to the consulate - a staggering 40 days. This delay is not just appalling; it is inexplicable.Moreover, the audacity to demand payment upfront, only to subject applicants to an extended period of uncertainty and waiting, is beyond disappointing. It's a clear exploitation of the lack of alternatives, forcing individuals into a corner with no other option but to endure VFS Global's subpar service.While I acknowledge that experiences may vary across different countries or branches, the situation in London is particularly egregious. The question arises - is there a shortage of resources or staff to expedite the visa application process? Why must applicants in such a prominent city endure an unnecessarily prolonged and tormenting experience?I vehemently condemn VFS Global for their sluggish, inefficient, and dismal service standards. It is high time that such grievances are addressed and rectified to prevent further inconvenience to the many individuals who rely on their services for critical travel needs.

"1- it's almost impossible to connect to."

1- it's almost impossible to connect to web site to make a appointment time .2 - There is a black market and they selling the appointment time 3 - There is not a help in website about what should we have with us ( paperwork) in the center.So you calculate how hard it can be for a women in 73 years old to find out what she should do .

My application was not forwarded to the embassy for 3 weeks. So the overall process time was 7 weeks.
