"Extremely poor customer support"

Extremely poor customer support, very money minded people . Dont even listen to you if you dont buy additional services. What's more pathetic is even you buy a service, there is no post sale support. They are exploiting as there is no competition.

A list of all required documentation for all forms of Permit or ViSA APPLICATIONS OUGHT TO BE PROVIDED AT THE CENTRE AND ACCESSIBLE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. . The process takes long sometimes and there is no sense of urgency to Urgent Applications.

"This time we had a very stressful appointment in Bandra BKC, Mumbai."

This time, we had a very stressful appointment in Bandra BKC, Mumbai. The staff downstairs asked us to pay a premium charge simply because my parents were late by 20 minutes. Both of them are senior citizens, suffering from arthritis and diabetes. My parents sincerely requested them to consider their situation, but they insisted on the premium charge before allowing them in. After arguing for 45 minutes, a lady from the top management arrived, having overheard the entire conversation. She took my parents upstairs and initiated the process. However, not everyone is fortunate enough to have such an intervention. Many may end up resorting to corrupt means to secure appointments by paying extra money. This issue needs to be addressed. Genuine individuals should be understood and assisted accordingly.When I called customer support from Sweden to address this issue, they suggested not paying any extra money because it's an optional choice whether to opt for the premium appointment or not. This raises the question: why are local staff asking and forcing for premium appointments? I hope you understand this is nothing personal; it needs to be addressed for better service. Otherwise, it was a good experience every time. This is the fourth time I'm applying for a visa for my family. Thank you.

"Bad experience with the employee"

I arrived at my appointment time took a ticket for service. Unfortunately, the wait time was significantly longer than anticipated. After waiting for about 25 min we realized that my ticket reservation is missing. I left to print a new ticket and was surprised upon returning to make me wait again. It was a process of approximately two hours. Ideally I would like for this case not to be mean and make me wait for another time. Thank you
