"The first place that the counter no 1."

The first place that the counter no 1 and 2 where they check the complete set of papers is very bad if you take premium service then it's ok or if normal they speak very harch way they say take premium the first floor and and other services are all ok except for this

"My Feedback"

Liked the over all experience at the center. Staff were courtious and security was good and helpful. There is no parking facility and locker to keep secure laptop and tab. Charges to leave at security is exorbitant. Overall it's good service. ?

"Rude and ignorant staff"

Rude and ignorant staff. After attending 3 appointments they accepted the application based on the documents provided at the initial/first appointment stage. Every staff provides contradictory information. No formal process for complaints. Total waste of time and money. Ridiculous service and totally harassing.

"Premium/Lounge - waste of time and money"

We opted for the premium/lounge. However, it is a sheer waste of money. Even after making such huge payment, it took over 3 hours for the process to get over, out of which 2 1/2 hours was waiting only. I feel it's wholly inappropriate to charge a huge amount and then make someone wait for so long. Even though coffee or tea is available, this cannot be a justification for charging so much money. I seriously think if the premium/lounge was not taken, we would have got over earlier. Atleast the process has to be expedited.

"Almost impossible making an appointment."

Almost impossible making an appointment to visit Italy . We tried for two months day and night without success . Seems that this type of service can only damage Italian tourism.

"Need more counters"

Need more counters, more centres and easy entry and exit while applying Visa. Make it all digital when whole world is going digital. Second make it faster processing for all European Visa and any Visa in this world
