We had an appointment 29th Feb .Due to VC5 form not on hand - which could have been emailed and or FaceTime - we had to do all over again .Been a nightmare getting appointment .On Friday 5th , we received a phone call to say our appointment on 9th April was cancelled .The lady - sadly did not get her name - it was a 11min conversation-said she would email us the appointment letter . Well this did not happen .We wrote 2/3 emails and made 3 phone calls to call centre which was a waste of time and cost us over 100 pounds as we did not know the call centre was overseas - your website does not mention this at all ! We live 7.5 hours away and had 3 hotels booked due to the original booking.We took a chance and drove up , not knowing if the 8th was a valid booking. Your email only arrived at 11.14 today ! What if we had not left where we lived to come through ?

The staff from the security, reception and the one that process my documents for Croatian visa application was very polite accommodating and helpful.. I can give them 100% thumbs up.. I have No doubt that they are a very dedicated employee.

Worst experience to the Indian lady who checked my documents initially, she's super slow, she's just chatting with her colleagues. They should change staff who are dedicated in their job. Chatting during work hours is very bad

The staff at Passport collection was very rude . There was a guy who presented himself as the floor manager named Prem Sankar. He misbehaved , was ill mannered & arrogant. Such staff will spoil the reputation of VFS in future . I was very disappointed with his behaviour.

This VFS global is not help full you been waiting for appointment on the website checking this every day and hour and when there is finally available you see and choose the date accordingly to VFS availability on the website once you fill up the questionnaire when you click continue it said the date is not available this is 1min fill up the questionnaires on the booking system come on VFS I have my information autofill in one min slot been book already I tried I again different date same my question is that why you show 2 mins of availability on the website and you can't book the appointment I think who ever is editing the date they are putting people that booked from agency that's why the slots a gone in a matter of 1 min and the website kick you and can't log in again for 5mins because they trying to put that agency appointment as they pay for their appointment slot I hate to say this but that's the truth available in Manchester VFS is 19,20,22,24,25 for the month of May in this dates 3 slots available how come that is all fully booked in a matter of 1 min and the website kick you out come on VFS be fair to public and be honest also this supposed to be like this I taken a screenshot on my phone on the available slot how come this happened 1 min all appointment fully book my computer is automatically fill all the questions in one click be honest to us and be fair as we are all trying to apply for a visa this system is rubbish I hope there is a better way of having appointment as people sale appointment slots very annoying.
