i have applay for visa on web belgium ,i need to make appoinment with vfs dubai but there website has alot of streange error even not able to find risedance country

There are two many counters for TA and each TA cokes with multiple applications. Applicant who comes to apply has to wait. There should be exclusive days for TA and direct applicant which makes process faster. Also VFS website is not up to date regarding list of docs required to be submitted along with the application

I came in VFS global and struggled to get my fingerprints/face photos. From Submitting my papers till I get out of the center is 2:30 hours. Which prevented me from Getting my work done and wasted time. Hope this issue been solved in the future. I liked the kidness and professionalism of the working staff.

Firstly thanks for reviewing this comment. All went well, just on the appointment letter which was extracted from VFS global indicating visa fee as 31.5 Euro but in fact it's changed and should be 80 Euros.as far as I didn't know that it put me into trouble to go out and purchase Euro. Thanks for updating this sheet for upcoming visitors & not get into challenge.

I was applying for Norwegian Schengen visa. The lady who took my appointment has very limited knowledge of Norway or Schengen area (kept bothering me about my time in Svalbard and claim I should apply for their Schengen since I stay there longer. THEY ARE NOT PART OF SCHENGEN AREA!) And she took so much time going back and forth and back and forth with my itinerary to check dates and mumbling that she can't remember it. And she insists there's no other tracking number than the UDI reference number, and refuses to give it to me. This is absolutely incorrect. I've always got a different tracking number for checking the status of the application
