"I was charged twice for visa application fees"
At the time of payment when I was supposed to pay Rs.8550.I made the payment through Google Pay UPI and amount was debited from my account.But the support personel mentioned that they didn't receive the payment when asked for proof of non-receipt she just mentioned that they are not authorized to show it.Then I was forced to make another payment through Debit card where I was again denied the Customer copy of payment.I was told the extra amount charged will be reverted in 7 days but still I haven't received it.PLease refund my amount.

"This was my third time i took premium."
This was my third time i took premium service at vfs. But i got treated very rudely by one of the women staff. She was very furious and am not sure she even handled my documents properly. I had to ask her more than thrice to get a document for signing. Normally the staffs tell us to sign in the required documents but this time i feel like i haven't signed in all documents and she don't even let me to do it.

I have three complaints to make. First is the display of no respect for people's time. As a first applicant of the day who made it on time (I had to travel from my town to NYC, spent a night at the hotel in order to make it to the 8:30 appointment), I was not called at the desk until 9:15am.The manager could be more respectful of people they have no idea who they are. For a consent letter for the minor (my child) signed electronically, they insinuated in their conversation with me that I have no proof of authenticity -- why was it not signed by hand? where is the other parent, they should have come too... (even though they are not applying for visa)? Such questions have no foundation. As someone with a PhD-level education and having always dealt with visa applications with my minor child (it is not my first time traveling with my child), this was offending. I have travelled throughout the Schengen area and beyond for research and conference purposes and for living experience.Also, could the directions on the website be clarified further to offer more specific directives on the procedure required for children accompanying parents on business trip? Why will they qualify for only touristic visa and needing a separate invitation letter different from that of the parent on business duty/trip? Who would invite a child in such condition? Why will the parent's invitation for business not qualify in this case for such a minor child?Why additional documents not listed for the application checklist be requested at the desk only the day?

Documents required for visa are not clearly specified. The embassy or any party will not ask bank statements of a company sponsoring the Visa. The biggest problem is no clarity on the documents required in case of sponsored visas.
