I am trying to use VFS to book an appointment for a Czech visa. My payment did not go through, yet instead of letting me repay using a different credit or debit card, I am told to wait for 2 hours to see if my payment clears or not. This is 2024, how does it take you 2 hours to clear a credit card payment?Never mind about that. Then your system tells me, check your dashboard for booked appointments, there is nothing there. So I start trying to complete the form to make a fresh appointment request as my previous payment didn't go through. Now I get an error message saying 'booking in process, please wait 5 hours to see if your payment clears" Are you kidding me? Do you realize how confusing all of this is?Either my payment clears or not, why do I have to wait for 5 hours??Previously I tried using VFS to get a German visa, the site is so broken that I couldn't even book an appointment so had to cancel my entire trip. Then when I tried to use the same login to book an appointment for Czech Republic I was informed that my account doesn't exist. What the hell?It took a few hours to figure out that actually you have to create a separate brand new account, with a new email address, for every Schengen visa country you want to apply to get a visa for. There is no standardized login procedure giving you access to all the applications, nor is information shared between accounts so you have refill everything from scratch. Are you kidding me? Like seriously, who designed your UX? Was it a North Korean engineer? Indians are the smartest computer scientists in the world and you guys need 2 hours to process credit card payment?It gets better, my first experience with VFS was to get a UK Visa last year, cause I have to travel quite a bit for work. My appointment was at your center in Gurgaon, guess what? I came for my appointment, no one was in the office. The office was unlocked. I sat waiting for 1 hour. Appointment was at 3, finally at 4 PM, I went downstairs to walk around when I saw two people sitting in the hotel restaurant with VFS name badges. I approached them and asked them if they work for VFS and if they will be seeing me for my appointment. They said yes and told me to go wait upstairs. After another 15 minus they came, scanned my passport and took my paperwork, after telling me that if I was missing a document I can submit by email (Not true as I found out, I had to get in touch with the UK Government office handling visas and communicate with them directly to upload a missing document). What an experience...I am so done with your website, your business, your entire service. I already wrote letters complaining to the German, British and Czech embassy about you. You have a great business team that keeps getting European countries to use you as a middle agency but I am telling you, you keep treating people like this and its just a matter of time before your whole business comes crashing down. Not even sure if you will read this feedback, doesn't seem like you give 2 cents about customer service but feels good to vent!Himanshu Kothari

"VFS Bursa Center Experience"
It took nearly 4 hour to applied visa. I also experienced VFS Global Istanbul centers and I didn't faced this kind of trouble. VFS Istanbul Center works systematically but Bursa Center was trying to work over capacity. It is too small and work with min stuff but the appointments are too much. They don't have any numerator so anyone do not know the queue.

The process was smooth, request you to kindly work on the parking space, people come with their car and later we are ask to park car in nearby Malls which cause delay, and we are literally forced to take VIP lounge, but apart from that the process was seamless.

Ridiculous of you. For 6 photos you charged us Rs 350. More than double of what they charge outside. Entire experience ruined by this.

I feel that the person handling my case was highly inexperienced. After all the formalities I came out from VFS global Lucknow office and boarded the bus for Kanpur. When I covered the half distance he called me to come back to the VSF office as he forgot to take the signature on one document. When I reached their he told me that sign is not the issue, instead he filled my name incorrectly on the portal and told me to wait for 30 minutes outside the office as website server is down. I waited for 1 hr but didn't get any response from VFS team. Then I went to the office to enquire about the issue, then he said that the issue has been resolved and you can leave.Extremely poor service and highly unprofessional staff. Please never select VFS global Lucknow office.
