"Issues at VFS"
VFS lacks regard for others' time. Despite my 9 AM appointment, I arrived promptly at 8:50 AM, yet wasn't called to the counter until 10:30 AM. When I raised my concerns, the receptionist dismissed them, stating that my wait was relatively short compared to others enduring two-hour waits. The website should offer detailed instructions on document arrangements, but VFS staff seem inadequately trained or trained to exert authority over applicants, treating them as subordinate and emphasizing their power over visa issuance. Having previously applied for Schengen visas directly through consulates, I found the process significantly simpler. Instead of assisting applicants, VFS often intimidates them, particularly those navigating the visa process for the first time.As per the reply from VFS, I reached out to them via Facebook message to give my detailed feedback to which their reply was kind of no thank you we do not need any details. Most pathetic customer experience.

The requirements mentioned on website is unclear and surprisingly the travel insurance gets rejected on flimsy ground of not having mention of COVID-19 coverage which was never explicitly asked for.VFS HCMC

The experience was really good, because the staff verifying the documents were so helpful and cooperative. The hospitality aspect was also good.only while going for biometric they made us to wait for long, but that's ok ??
