"This is for the YAYD request"

This is for the YAYD request. Employees were amazing. The technical problems were bad however because the website didn't say the photographs were needed without specs. We had to go to studio to get new ones. Also network issues slowed us down because the team refused to use my office WiFi because of firewall reasons. I had offered to ask our computer expert to help but they stuck with network I perhaps as per the rules.

"Website is terrible"

Website is terrible. Please improve your website. In the field, security guards are kind and very helpful. The building is too small and there were long ques in all steps.

"If i could give it less stars I would"

If i could give it less stars I would. Their website doesn't work so you can't book an appointment for passport renewals. unfortunately I need to renew both my passports and they deal with consular services of both countries i have passports for. It's an absolute joke and they don't respond to e-mails! I've been trying for 2 months and come July I will have no passport to travel at all.

"Terrible lack of document requirements."

Terrible lack of document requirements on website, website up and down made scheduling appointment extremely difficult over dozens of attempts over several days, finally arrive to be told that a notarized copy of passport is required and not told until you arrive how much to make money order for. Finally seen 4 hours after scheduled appointment time at 6pm! Terrible, terrible all around, stressful experience. You should see the Canada visa online document uploading experience for how to do this correctly.

Firstly, the customer care number is not functional, which is very sad on part of such an important service provider. Second, even after paying the courier fee for passport delivery, I am being asked to collect the passport from the application center.

Very bad experienceI don't know what is your job exactly, our file was missing a paper and you haven't checked it, just sent it with the missing paper to the embassy then our visa was refused
