The VFS staff at entry points and the staff screening the Visa Application documents were discouraging and negative. Most of them were trying to push the agenda of selling their additional services unnecessarily and trying to suggest futile faults in the documents.e.g., Incorrect information on the Photographs and compulsorily trying to get fresh photographs clicked at the centre with unreasonable exorbitant pricing.Additional / Premium services are being offered by VFS for what purpose? Once the Processing Fees of Rs.1850/- is being charged per application!

Greeting and regardsThe appointment they gave me was not accurate and I was delayed for about three hours. Considering that I want to participate in a summer school, I had an acceptance letter from the destination university and the experts told me that you should have an invitation and you should cancel your appointment and write here that you canceled your appointment with your own consent. Also, they did not have accurate information about the work process. I told them that there is no problem and I will correspond with the university again so that they give me an invitation and I will come on another occasion. Because the university expert is happy to answer the students and help us. But they made me wait for a long time and said that we will send your documents because this acceptance letter might be enough. Also, the amount I had to pay was 161.5 euros, and I paid 200 euros. They did not return the rest of the money completely and said that they would transfer it to my account in riyals, which has not yet been done.That day was a very difficult day for me and they almost disappointed me while I thought they would behave better.

"Zip and City Bug"
Zip and City BugI opted for the delivery service, as I don't need an in-person visa interview. When I tried to enter the delivery their website buggs. The Zip&City field does not accept any addresses, and clears any input when "submitting" leaving it blank again, causing an error. Having to redo the application an opting for the in-person interview, costing another MRV fee of 200$ and probably a delay. Terrible service. Bug is in Safari and chrome, didn't fix with many retries/restart etc.
