"frustrating experience"
The lady at the counter appeared to be inexperienced or lacking proper training. They seemed unsure of the proper procedures and had to frequently consult with a colleague about how to process the paperwork. This led to an unnecessarily lengthy and disorganized process, which was concerning given the importance of handling official documents correctly. While I'm glad i went to a travel agency and they completed the application properly, the counter employee's apparent unfamiliarity with the process was disappointing and made the experience less than satisfactory from the customer's perspective. It would be helpful if your organization could provide better training and support for your front-line staff to ensure a more professional and efficient service in the future.

"Worst service experience"
Worst service experience that we have had from any agency. Took a very long time of 25 days to process our visa with no updates in between, we had to travel on 28th of this month for official purpose from college yet they rejected the visa stating that they doubted the authenticity of the documents when we had submitted all proofs for the same. Vfs also assured that they would return our courier charges and made us come to their office again just to give us the denied visa and did not return the courier charges. Will not recommend to anyone.

I'm sorry to hear about my frustrating experience with VFS Global.There were several issues throughout the visa application process, including a lack of proper guidance and support, which ultimately resulted in our visa being initially rejected and mental agony we faced and additional charges being incurred.This kind of situation is incredibly stressful and inconvenient. It's important for visa processing services to provide clear instructions and support to applicants throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth experience.It is unfair for collecting charges with out taking any kind of Biometry, Embassy people considered and accepted our application with out paying a penny extra to them, but VFS people charged again and took 2 hours our time to take the passports and process, it is really ridiculous. which suppose to be finished in 10minutes.

The personnel handled the processes very well at every stage.The counters, where papers are scrutinised, were overcrowded. Some control can be put in place to prevent the overcrowding.

"Get ready for disappointment"
It's insane this day and age that a service that handles your most precious documents has NO customer service whatsoever. Dealing with VFS was like sending my passport into a black hole. The online 'application tracker' doesn't work, it's impossible to log in. The UK visa application sends you directly to VFS so I was led to believe there was no option but to use them but if you're getting ready to apply for a visa, maybe try another route OR give yourself more time than you think you need. VFS has no incentive to move quickly or efficiently and they will make you wait unnecessarily to hear anything regarding status or location of your documents.

"The worse visa application centre"
The worse visa application centre. The staff are like robots, they don't understand or try to understand. The manager walking around on the phone speaking his native language and making jokes with some staff. I was there for 9:45 one person in front of me that took ages as he was going to print or copy every time. So my turn came only at 10:50. So more than an hour with one person. What a waste of time and efficiency

"Time and man power"
This was my fourth visit to VFS Chennai in the last two years. During my second and third visits, the process was completed within an hour, from obtaining a token to biometrics. However, this time it took exactly 2 hours and 50 minutes, almost 3 hours, and I couldn't even have lunch. The reason was a shortage of manpower, as there were only two staff members working at the Switzerland counter. I had a really bad experience, and I would like to provide feedback about my very first visit on January 28, 2022, where I opted for the premium lounge. It was nothing like what was described on the website and in videos on YouTube. I would like to explain everything about this in detail over a phone call. I can't speak for other VFS centers or other days, but I had a bad experience at VFS Chennai on January 28, 2022, in the premium lounge.
