"Not what I expected."

got deilvered quickly and well packaged. Didnt come as expected. Didnt realise it would literally be a bag of foam bits inside and then I would be given a bag of foam bits (that could be swallowed by a small child or lost easily) to rease or increase the firmness of the pillow. Not what I expected. May take more time to get used to it. It is well made otherwise.

"Over priced"

Its a blanket hoodie made in China pretending to be from the u.k. the materials are cheap, manufacturing would be cheap but they cost nearly $50 each. Very overpriced.

"Rubbish customer care and slippers"

Ordered 2 pairs of their slippers. Ordered size 5, 5/6 arrived and they are like boats. Massive In both length and width. My feet slip right through. Asked to return but had to pay return postage which indent thinks right as they're far bigger than a normal size 5. I shall return but am bitterly disappointed at their lack of support, concern or customer service. Wouldn't recommend

absolute rubbish.I feel so cross that I was taken in by the description, they are cheap quality, uncomfortable and certainly not beneficial to ones feet!

I really enjoy the kuddly blanket. The only drawback is the size which is desingned for single bed. My bed is a double bed.

I purchased the Kuddly slip on shoes they were supposed to be soft and comfortable wrong they are hard plastic and very uncomfortable l would not recommend them to anyone in my family circle or friends.

I ordered on Friday, being promised next day delivery. It's now Sunday night and the response from them is that they ided to not send it yet but to wait for Monday then send it on RM 48hr delivery?????? NEXT DAY DELIVERY what does this mean to you, surely its in the words you advertise that you should adhere to? I am awaiting another useless response.I will add all the useless email correspondence to this if I don't receive a sucsessful outcome.

"Walking on air"

I bought a pair of the shoes. They fit my wide feet well with no rubbing. The ventilation in the side of the strap keeps my feet cool and dry. I have no difficulty keeping them on while going up and down stairs. I mainly wear them indoors but outside I noticed that I could not feel all the bumps in the pavement. I have a "wobbly2 ankle but fell very stable in these shoes.
