Not very helpful customer service and very slow to respond. No wonder they don't have a contact number. Be very wary of companies with no telephone number. Why do they need to hide if their products are any good. 30 day returns, you will be lucky!

Patience has finally run out. Ordered 2 of these as gifts on 10th November with promised despatch date of 15th ember. Told it was due via courier 18th ember, no delivery. Queried via email, then told it's being sent 23d ember but not guaranteed for Xmas delivery. Replied and said while I have sympathy and understand logistics etc feel they've not been very honest on dates. Response was oh it WAS sent out for the delivery on the 18th. Right, so where is it then, consider you use DPD and can track parcels? They're very sorry and "hope the quality of your Kudd.ly will compensate for the waiting time". Which is nice?!?In the meantime, my social media feeds are full of Kuddly deals offering very quick lead times on delivery. Not good enough at all, and two family members let down on anticipated Christmas Day gifts.

I'm starting to think it's a scam. There's no way to track the state of the delivery, other than the mail with the Order confirmation which says "order placed" since the 28th of ember 2020. I've written to them and received no answer so far. I should have checked the bad reviews before buying it. Avoid it.

These hooded blankets seem to be all the rage! Having seen how snuggly and lovely they were when our three children got them - we couldn't help but order for ourselves! Such quick delivery, and so warm and cosy. Perfect for chilly evenings - and can see us using them if we go camping or to the beach. We all love them, and can hardly bear to take them off!!We also got two pairs of komfies (slippers) in a bundle - which we all love (as again so warm and soft), so no doubt we'll have to head back to the website so we all have a pair! Dropped a star as the pricing seems a bit confusing - they are expensive, but always seem to have various random offers on!

I received the hoodie blanket as part of a bundle and it's so cosy and warm! Currently waiting for the weighted blanket and can't wait for it to arrive!

These are excellent. They wash well and keep you wonderfully warm. But Kudd.ly hoodie blankets if you want to be warm and cosy.

My black Sherpa kudd.ly arrived covered in bits of fluff and white thread. Both inside & out. I had to take it outside and shake it vigorously and a ton of fluff came off and lots of bits of white thread. I felt like it had been dropped on a dirty floor before being packaged up. It certainly didn't look like the one pictured. It is very soft and I'm sure my son will love it as he's very sensory. But if it continues to moult black fluff I will be very unhappy as we have cream carpets throughout our house.

I like my weighted blankets which arrived separately. I wish I hand only bought one, not two. They are nice but make little difference to me. I should probably have bought the hooded jacket instead of the second blanket. It would have been more useful. I like Kuddly items but they are a bit expensive and now I am inundated with hard sell emails far too often
