Ordered a week ago with next day delivery and still not received the item. DPD says the item still hasn't been received from the sender and I have contacted kudd.ly but nobody is replying. Supposed to be a birthday present and absolutely no idea where it is now.

"Very Poor Experience"

I purchased a hoodie prior to the cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery, however the item was not actually shipped until the 23rd which was several days later meaning it did not arrive for Christmas.I also paid extra for express delivery but because it was shipped so late it has been with DHL since the 23rd. DHL tried to deliver my item today, however apparently couldn't find the address.....despite being parked directly outside my house at the time.All in all its been a very poor experience and will shop elsewhere in the future

To be honest have been looking at these for a long time i suffer with my feet as i spend a long time on them at work so wanted something really comfy to come home to. I usually take a size 4to 5 so for extra comfort ordered 5.5 they only just fit were not as squishy as i thought and keep slipping off my feet when i walk outside. Sorry disappointed.

I would recommend it to everyone!I bought the blanket for my 8 years old son and he says it's the best blanket ever!I have seen a great improvement on his sleeping too, no more waking up at night.It's very soft and easy to wash and dry.Post took a few days but when I contacted customer service they replied straight away and I had it the next 2 days.Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

The blanket is good quality and is nice for daytime use. Unfortunately it makes my legs hurt when using it to sleep. I was also disappointed it took so long to ship, they were having difficulty getting the blankets in stock but didn't let me know until after my purchase. I also wish they made different sizes.

Very comfortableand good quality. My granddaughter loves it but didn't enjoy the initial smell upon opening.
