Sliders.. It would be great if they were made in the UK instead of China. You pride yourself in being UK based in your marketing and so I am disappointed

The product looks good --but felt very uncomfortable for me .I looked at returns policy willing to pay postage but they stipulate that they may not receive the returns --this has put me off sending them back . So it seems a gamble to me to return

"Got the sliders"

Got the sliders, fit perfectly but can't wear them too long hurt my feet probably because I'm flat footed ...wouldn't recommend for people who are flat footed other than that they are fine

"Happy Hubby!!"

Purchased two pair of the sliders one each for hubby and myself, can't say that I really like mine as I seem to get very sweaty feet in them, but that's probably just me!! Hubby loves his and wears them as slippers as he has plantar fasciitis in his heel and he finds them very comfy , as long as he's happy them I'm happy!!

"Awful"

Awful, the product arrived before Christmas and was in a poor condition ( ripped and damp). After less than a week of light use, the seams have gone as well. I have contacted customer support 2 times now and still 3 weeks later still not a word. Awful customer support here and from what I've received a cheaply made product. I've tried to let them amend the situation but they don't seem interested in responding to their support messages on their website.

I received an email advising that my order had been received. At the very bottom of the email and in very small print it was advised my order would not be dispatched until 15th ember. I contacted Customer Services on 10th ember to check on the order and was advised that the order had been delayed and was now being sent on 18th ember and a tracking number would be sent by close of business. I have still not received a tracking number and it is now past their close of business time of 17:00.I appreciate that the pandemic has caused delays however this should not impact on the level of Customer Service received.Keeping the customer informed should be paramount. A notice placed on the website would help.I hope that the goods arrive in the next few days as they are a Christmas present.

"Quality products"

I have a weighted blanket, silk pillowcases and an eye mask from Kudd.ly. All of these have improved my sleep, which is vital when you suffer from M.E. Highly recommend.Only 4 stars as the pillows were not suitable for me, although excellent concept.Quality products all round.

"First parcel came through fast"

First parcel came through fast, second part of the order took weeks, with no reason or time estimate given. However this is forgivable as the products were of the highest quality and packaged extremely well. I would have given 5 stars, but the delay has to be noted.

Brought some weighted blankets for my partner .These make her feel secure and comfortable and keeps her warm as she also suffers from fibromyalgia and scherederma and arthritis.Blanket is well made and easy to cleaning single in size ,so if wanting to cover a double you will need to buy 2
