"The hoodies are good quality but thinner than I thought."

The hoodies are thinner than I thought but kids seem to like. I ordered two black hoodies which were not as described on website so this is disappointing. Customer services did try to charge me for the return which I argued back as the black is different to other colours, they then did provide me with a returns label and replace for me. So was resolved quickly.

I am thrilled with my blanket.I suffer with fibromyalgia and sleeping is a problem but this blanket has changed this and apart from an odd blip I sleep much better and feel much better. Thank you so much!!!!!

"Cheap Chinese crap"

Cheap Chinese crap. I was so excited to receive my Slides after reading all the reviews on the website and on TrustPilot. Now I've received them, I'm led to believe that the majority of reviews for this item must be paid for. They're made of incredibly cheap plastic and are not the 'ultra cushioned' cloud of a slide that the website promises. Very disappointing and left me out of pocket for return postage.

"Awful Quality Slippers"

Bought 2 pairs of the slippers. Was very disappointed - really cheap quality - the soles of the slippers are the sort that you have on baby shoes when they aren't walking. They won't last 5 minutes when I start wearing them this winter.Would definitely never buy again.On a side note, the hoodies and weighted blankets are exceptional quality - which is why I was gutted about the quality of the slippers.

Having read the negative reviews, I'm quite annoyed it appears we have all been promised a delivery date of the 15th of ember. I have not yet heard anything and have had no luck in contacting them. It is a real shame as with many of you I also wanted to support a small company. It is not necessarily the wait for me but more the fact there is has been no contact to inform me of the reason for the delay or providing me with a realistic delivery date.

My order contained a pair of sliders deemed to be the same size as my previous pair....However on trying them they were tight and appeared short. I compared alongside a previous pair I had bought only to find the more recent ones were in fact shorter in length and narrower when measured. I was asked to accept another pair in a different colour but ided not to.What is the point of a size guide if all shoes advertised as a size are NOT consistently the same size in realitywhatever the colour. Very disappointed as a returning customer.
