"Saves on the heating!"

Really pleased with my purchase, so soft and warm - have definitely not been relying on the heating in my home since purchasing. The only downside for me is that the sleeves are far too long. I've tried a competitor and the sleeves are perfect length, however, not as comfy as kudd.ly!

"2 weeks and counting for delivery..."

I have read recent reviews of people complaining that they placed orders on the 3rd, 5th or even later dates in ember who have yet to receive their items. Well I placed an order on the 1ST EMBER! Rather shockingly after tracking the item using the tracking code given I discovered that my order was only despatched to Royal Mail on the 12th ember. Apparently Kudd.ly takes 11 days to despatch an order! 1. Why does the website claim 3-5 working days?2. Upon emailing I was told there was a stock issue.3. Why have Kudd.ly not updated their website to inform customers there are stock issues and items are taking over 2 weeks to arrive?The only gesture I received from this company was an 'offer' to cancel my order. How exactly is that beneficial to a customer.it's not. So as it stands I have been waiting 14 days for a single item, I still have no delivery date confirmed and neither Kudd.ly nor Royal Mail have provided any updates since 11th ember. If Kudd.ly reach out to me and apologise as well as consider any level of compensation for frankly misleading me somewhat I will happily re-review and change my review score.

Over prices Cooling hoody is heavy and NOT cooling dirty off white looks like a washed wrong old quilt And company don't care that's I'm not happy Returns are on buyers pocket and as so heavy would cost a lot so I'm left out of pocket either way Think before buy Poor product bad service

Love this blanket.I came across this company during a search to find a good weighed blanket and I am so pleased I came across Kudd.ly. The service I have received from the company has been excellent - great customer service.The blanket took a little while to arrive due to supply but I am pleased I waited. This is the only reason why I deducted a star. The blanket is just the right weight for me and feels amazing. Sooo soft, love it.

Just dont like when ordering the vocher code disappears or they tell me it does not exists.i have bought 4 blankets 2 light weights and 4 slippers pillow cases .now i dont need any more .the product is fantastic and warm

"Ordered one item 2nd ember"

Ordered one item 2nd ember. It arrived today, 22nd by the skin of teeth for xmas with strikes in place! 2 whole weeks including strike dates, why on earth companies don't preemptively change their couriers when strikes are planned I will never know. I have seen responses below that other couriers were considered - but too late!!! Many customers unhappy. It wouldn't have been so frustrating if I got a response from their email within 48 hours as stated but it's been 60+ hours and no response still. Overpromising and under delivering. It's a shame because I think the products are lovely, but can't recommend.

"Hoody and weighted blanket"

Got a hoody and the weighted blanket.The hoody is very warm but looks wrinkled and the weighted blanket was not as heavy as expected but actually works very well. Overall very happy with the purchase besides the little above things. Also bought a pair of sliders for my mum which she loves.

"Kudd.ly sliders"

I simply cannot understand why there are nothing but great reviews for the sliders when my experience has been nothing but painful. I am now finding it difficult to stand, my feet hurt constantly and I have only been wearing them for approximately one month. The muscles in my legs are real tight and painful. I ordered them because I have a neuroma on one foot. Now it feels as if every bone in my foot is disjointed. They have absolutely no flexibility!

"Not received"

Ordered on 29th sept . Still not been dispatched. Contacted CS, explaining i require by 8th oct for mum and brothers birthday, who said they have a massive backlog on orders and most warehouse staff off on sick. I then asked if it could be prioritised and it should have been stated during checkout that there is a delay. No reply.*update*Received a response almost immediately after my 1* review was published advising they have now dispatched my order which I should be expecting tomorrow. Was asked to remove this review, therefore will update once package has been received*FINAL UPDATE*received Blankets as promised and I'm in love with the quality. I'm sure they will be gifts well received. Thank you to all the advisors who were involved in making sure I was kept updated and the delivery was made on time.
