"Abysmal service."

I ordered 4 hooded blankets on the 8th of and like many here I still have not received a notice that the items have even been dispatched. The promise of delivery in 3-5 working days is simply untrue. I see some replies here saying that they are overwhelmed with orders yet they are still taking more and not sending out orders made weeks ago. I can only say the service is terrible.

Not as great as I thought. Ordered a beige and black pair in the offer, the beige ones were wow, soft & squishy and very comfy however the black pair were hard, cheap feel and not comfy at all, messaged them and they sent me another pair in orange but they were just as bad as the black so I probably won't be buying again unfortunately as after all that I only ended up with one pair that was wearable to me.

I researched different weighted blankets on the market as I have had one before. I loved this one but didn't expect it to be quite so expensive! I paid $99, which I wouldn't have minded, However, I was very disappointed to go online the following day, only to find the blanket I bought was now being offered at $49?? I don't have much money so this purchase was a really big ision for me. I am very poorly and need the weighted blanket at nights and have to say that I am absolutely thrilled with it.

Despite there being a delay with my order , which was longer than originally anticipated, the replies to my emails were polite and my goods were then despatched as promised. I appreciate the company had a massive increase on orders before Christmas and that was on the website. When my blankets arrived they were beautifully packaged and loved by everyone who received one, my Mum says she sleeps so much better now , she has also washed hers and it had come out perfectly, all in all lovely product and prompt, efficient and courteous customer service, they couldn't apologise more for the delay

Blanket arrived quickly and seems to be of good quality. Unfortunately it didn't help me sleep better, in fact I woke up every time I turned over because of the weight of the blanket.

Bought a hoodie and best thing I ever bought for Xmas especially cause heating broke kept me nice and warm one star off only because of shipping being longer than it says but due to lockdown I can't really complain but did cut it a bit close to Xmas

Yet again a company who has provided promises they cannot keep and not self aware of the capacity of service they can provide. I have ordered prior to the deadline for guarantee Christmas delivery and I have not heard a single thing from them to assure that my order has been despatched or any update at all. This includes an email to their customer service team too.Update 1 (23rd ember) - I received an email (auto generated) and one from customer services who said they have shipped the delivery. I received a tracker number from DHL stating a 23rd ember delivery date, however recent update has stated "We're sorry but the delivery of your shipment has been delayed. We expect to deliver on the next working day".I have spoken to DHL who have confirmed that my specific package has not yet been scanned and likely my package was not on the shipped palette. Therefore, I am unsure if Kudd.ly are telling the truth at the moment?Update 2 (23rd ember) - my DHL tracker now has the update "We're sorry but we do not appear to have received your consignment from the sender." What is going on Kudd.ly?

"Cooling blanket.?"

I'm not sure if there's some specific way to make this cooling blanket actually cool you but I've had to get it off my bed. It has been incredibly warm but I woke up even hotter with the cooling blanket on. I was very excited to try this and it's very good quality for a weighted blanket but I'm not sure it's exactly cooling :( I'll try it again when it's cooler but I am a little disappointed.
