I love the sliders and have bought a few pairs for family - however I have had to re-purchase for my husband as they broke across the middle of the sole so wasnt entirely pleased, although, he said they were so comfortable.

Its a really nice product, my girlfriend loves it wears it all the time. Its super soft and warm. The only complaint is that it's not long enough for my girlfriend, shes 5"9 and wants to be able to tuck her feet up into it when she's on the sofa but it's just not big enough! seeing as there is only the one size it certainly wouldn't be big enough for anyone taller. But again its just preference, maybe they could think of a extra large size in the future? For complete envelopment!

Not a good first time experience. Received Kuddly sliders but sizing way out. Emailed company only to be told would only exchange one size either way. Bit apprehensive about returning them in case still no good. So have ended up with pair of sliders that are no good to me. never mind. once bitten

"Cooling blanket which actually does help you keep cool"
Recently purchased the kuddly cooling blanket. It's one complete piece and not a weighted blanket inside a cover which is brilliant. Did help me sleep in latter summer days as I need weight on top of me without getting hot and has also helped with hot flushes. Would have liked to have had a choice of different weighted cooling blankets otherwise quite happy with my purchase.

Ordered hoodie blanket on 14th ember and paid extra for next day delivery. Waited in on the 15th to receive the order and surprise surprise, nothing turned up.As this is for a birthday present on the 19th, I am extremely disappointed that Kudd.ly have massively let me down and misled me into ordering a product for next day delivery that clearly was never going to happen.Thanks for ruining what would have been a nice birthday present Kudd.ly. if I'd known you couldn't deliver the item on time, I would have ordered elsewhere. Now what do I do other then contact customer services. Oh yes, I did several days ago and they haven't responded. It's interesting to see all the reviews on the Kidd.ly website, all pretty good feedback, no mention of delivery problems from any customer. Are the reviews false as well as the promise of next day delivery? No way to add my review onto their website reviews. I wonder why that is....I am so disappointed.It's very simple -Deliver what people pay for,Don't take money if you can't deliver. Under promise and over deliver, don't lie and mislead people.Christmas happens every year, this is something Kudd.ly should be aware of and prepared for and in the event of out of stocks/ delivery problems, the website should be updated to clearly show this. Your website reviews may be genuine, but the negative ones appear to be missing.I have now cancelled my order and will never use Kudd.ly again or recommend them to anyone.Update - despite email to them cancelling order, it seems they were still going ahead wanting to deliver to the courier's. I have cancelled again the order.I have also contacted my bank to arrange chargeback and have emailed watchdog. Terrible terrible customer service.This seems like a Scam.

Have reached out to customer support via email and facebook with no response. Product has apparently been dispatched and to be delivered yesterday. DPD have not received the parcel, there has been no communication to advise or explain a delay and yet the company seem to be able to respond quickly here and to positive reviews on Facebook in the last hour and I am still waiting on a reply! Terrible customer service!!!!
