There isn't an option for a minus star! Firstly overfilled for product, had to go via PayPal for refund of the difference, secondly so, so hard to return products if not required / eventually got returns address and now chasing refund for product received back by then on 01 November. I'd recommend not dealing with this company, there are far better ones with the same product range

I placed an order for multiple hoodies on 1st ember for free 3-5 day delivery and the order still hasn't been packaged. I received an email last week saying they are waiting for stock. As a result I ided to change the delivery address as I am staying elsewhere over Christmas. This means I won't be able to gift one of the hoodies before I travel as planned. Frustrating to have placed an order on 1st ember and still having to worry about it arriving in time! I noticed all the information about delivery and returns also seems to have disappeared off the website.Update following Kudd.ly's reply: After the long wait I ided to cancel the order but Kudd.ly have conveniently ignored that email and seemingly posted it anyway...16 days after I placed the order. I have already ordered from elsewhere to ensure Xmas delivery so will now have to return the kudd.ly ones once they arrive.

Like other reviewers below, I placed an order on 3rd ember which I am still waiting on. I queried the delay last week, to be told they were waiting on new deliveries. At this time of year, they should flag it on their website if deliveries are not likely to arrive before Christmas (as Amazon does). So now I don't know whether to wait, or buy elsewhere (if I can get anything in time) in order to get something in time for Christmas.

I am delighted to be writing a positive review of my experience with kudd.ly. I bought three weighted blankets that all arrived in excellent condition and protective packaging. The only criticism about my dealings with kudd.ly is that the product took along time to arrive. The company professional and politely informed me of the expected delay, within a day of purchase. A 'Good will gesture' would have been appreciated for the inconvenience - all in all fantastic products.5***** blanket quality and quality of sleep when using weighted blankets ???
