"Dreadful company"

Update I have today received my order despite three conflicting emails from the courier company over the past 3 days. Finally given a time slot so dashed home to be here to find my parcel already on the door step. Needless to say Kudd.ly will not be on my shopping list againDreadful company. Took my order and money on 4th ember with a 2 - 5 day delivery. Items still not arrived. Chased several times to be given excuses and unkept promises. It would appear there are many people having the same experience. Avoid

"Great product"

The service was excellent, my blanket arrived quickly. It's quite warm, but is still OK in the mild weather if you just use a sheet rather than putting it over your duvet. I think I'll need the cooling one if we get really hot weather. I like that it's not too heavy, I've tried weighted blankets before that you feel a bit trapped under, this offers the pressure but is very comfortable and comforting rather than a challenge!

Excellent delivery lightweight for travel.Sadly gave me bad blisters between my toes.

I purchased 4 x kudd.ly Silk Pillowcases with the money going from my bank on 12/1/21 with the promise of a quick delivery time compared to rural companies. I enquired on 21/1/21 where the pillow cases were and was offered a refund and the excuse that they were really busy. It is now 4/3/21 and no pillowcases have arrived or explanation sent.It is really frustrating to see a campaign for Mother's Day in two weeks when I have yet to receive the order from 8 weeks ago.

I bought two weighted blankets and they arrived quickly. The blankets do what it says on the tin but they slip around on the bed and I'm not sure how easily they will fit in my washing machine. I am finding that I receive too many emails from the company now but I think every company does that now.

"Poor checkout process, giving offers which are difficult to not select."

I was trying to order a single blanket, but during the checkout you get presented with offer pop-up's which have a little 'No Thanks' below them. On one offer, I tried to click this but it still added the item to the order. Let's hope customer services can sort this, but there is no number to call only an email address.

"Rip off Britain, Feeling Cheated"

I purchased 2 pairs for $39.99 offer, believing I was paying more for a brand name Kudd.ly Trade mark, in actual fact they are made in China, and have had a sticky peel off label stuck on with the name Kudd.ly on. I could have bought the same shoes from any other online site and got at least 4 pairs for that price. Someone has bought a load of these from China, stuck little labels on and is making huge profit. Fake company, Fake advertising, Rip off Britain.

Ordered 2 hoodies in plenty of time for Christmas presents. Website said designs were available and would be delivered. I contacted their customer services as I did not get delivery or update. Apparently the designs were now out of stock and only plain colours left available. I had no choice but to accept changes to receive in time for Christmas. They continued to advertise patterns, which they told me were out of stock, saying they were available for Christmas. This is eitful and false advertising taking payments for items they cannot deliver.Edit. Kudd.ly response that they kept customers up to date with emails is another blurring of the truth. They emailed me after I contacted them. No apologies for their crap service nor that they continued to advertise designs as available for Christmas and effectively mislead and mis-sold. Actually, the recipients would have preferred the designs that were ordered but were denied that. Way to go Kudd.ly
