"Ordered 2 hoodies a couple of years ago."

Ordered 2 hoodies a couple of years ago and very pleased with these. They were thick and plush! However, ordered a third one and now wouldn't order anything else. The new one was a black one. When it arrived it didn't have the same white inside as the others colours did and was much thinner than my existing kudd.ly hoodies Contacted Kudd.ly and was told the photos make the difference clear (?) so silly me it seems. I don't really agree especially as the write up is the same regardless of colour. Contacted them and to be fair they agreed for a swap, after I returned the black one (at my own expense). New blue one arrived and I've realised the quality is nowhere as near as good as it was before. Different supplier, cost savings who knows but definitely a poor version of the ones I got a couple of years ago. Wouldn't buy another one that's for sure.

"Previously left a 3 star (amended."

Previously left a 3 star (amended from1) review regarding this company for a purchase before xmas due to lack of communication and delivering later than expected (issues at ports blamed). Thought i'd give them another chance and ordered 2 blankets on 2nd Jan with expected delivery 11th Jan. On 9th got an email saying they had been dispatched and a delivery date from DPD of the 12th. Its 13th today and tracking still shows DPD waiting to receive order. No reply from company again and numerous (92) people in same boat on FB comments attached to the tracking page. If there is a problem then they should inform us (we are not mind readers) and not send dispatched confirmations and tracking numbers of non existent deliveries. My wife loved the Hoodie, but I would not recommend the company and will not be ordering from them again. Time to look for other suppliers/makes.Regarding the reply below: No we cant reach you on email as you dont reply to messages sent to you, as before the only response I have ever from you is on here responding to bad reviews !!!!!

"Non existent customer service"

Non existent customer service, still waiting for them to deliver 2 weighted blankets I paid for on 4 November, they messed up the postcode. The have ignored the "contact us", WhatsApp, emails, Consumer Rights told me to send a letter recorded delivery, they didn't sign for it, wrote another complaint threatening them with Trading Standards, before they responded, on 4/12/2023 they told me the orders would be sent out as "high priority" in next day delivery, along with 2 hooded blankets as compensation, however 48 hours later they sent another email saying the order will be sent tomorrow for the hoodie. So someone has not been honest with me. I still cannot get an answer whether they have posted the original order placed and paid for 04/11/2023 to be delivered to my grandchildren!!!! Gobsmacked they have such good ratings for customer service

"Avoid if you want items quickly!"

Avoid if you want items quickly! I ordered 2 items early ember as Xmas presents expecting delivery within 3-5 working days as items were stated as being in stock. Emailed support after 5 workings days as I hadn't even received a despatch email. Response was that they had a huge amount of orders and they have just received new stock so expecting to ship this week. I would not have ordered if I knew they were awaiting stock and this should have been made obvious at the point of order. With upcoming strikes and delays at an already busy period I am not expecting my items before Christmas. Now I will have to look elsewhere for my presents and hope they are in stock and delivery is more efficient than this company.

"Quality!"

Good quality garment, keeps you warm and comfortable. I don't put my central heating on during the day when I'm home of work. I recommend you give one a try.

"Not received all of the order and not had a reply from emails"

I had a problem with them and sent 2 emails and didn't get a reply. It was only when I put a bad review on here that they replied and the matter has been resolved. When they do communicate with you they are really quick at responding.I have not received all of the order and have emailed twice to and not had a reply. I am very unhappy with the order and also not having a reply.If I do not have a reply by Saturday I will be doing a charge back through my credit card.

"Product Has Changed!"

Ordered a Kuddly Hoodie for my wife's Xmas and she loves it! Nice and thick, very heavy and cosy. However, my daughter who had bought a different cheaper brand from Amazon with her Xmas money liked her mums so much she thought she would pay a bit more to get a Kuddly. When the package arrived I could tell straight away that it was a different product due to the size and weight of the package. My daughter was disappointed and said it was no better than the cheaper version she returned. Explained this to Kuddly who apologised and sent out a replacement. As expected when this one arrived it was just the same as the previous one. My daughter said she wasn't happy paying the extra money for a product that's was not any better than the cheaper one she bought from Amazon so wanted a refund. So had to pay to get it returned and eventually got a refund after chasing them. This product has definitely changed for whatever reason and is definitely not the best out there.
