"huge costs in return and delay in refund"
I ordered a weighted blanket for a Christmas present and it did arrive on time. The blanket appeared of good quality but was far too heavy for the person intended (I used kuddly's weight recommendation) so I returned it. Returns are at your own cost (and these blankets are heavy and it is recommended to use a courier) and although disappointing that I have to carry this cost - it is the way it is and I clearly did not read the small print when ordering - so be aware! After some delay I have now been refunded in full.

The shoes are OK but nothing special - it does not feel like you're walking on clouds, they just feel like regular sliders. And I think you can get alternatives much cheaper.

Great blankets. They just don't respond to emails. Have sent two over the period of weeks - no reply. What a shame.

UPDATE 7TH JAN: After hours of wasted time (mine) and only after the the threat of legal action, refund finally received. Order was never in transit, DPD never received it. I certainly never received it to return it, so the excuses below re: late refund are yet more lies. Company STILL being dishonest about pretty much everything, including the fact I was kept informed re: delays. Lies, lies and more lies. They ignored me for ages, then kept insisting I'd get it on time. Absolute rubbish from start to finish. Website states "we ship from the United Kingdom", so blaming pre-Christmas delays at ports etc is insulting. Ditto Brexit. Especially for an order placed in November! Like so many others, I had disappointed family members with no gifts, was significantly out of pocket for weeks, and very stressed that I would never get my money back. I've been informed by Trading Standards, who have started an investigation, that the Scottish address advertised is a "virtual office". Hmmm... please avoid this company at all costs.KUDDLY STILL NOT DELIVERED AND REFUND REFUSEDOrdered 13th Nov, needed for birthday present yesterday . Company fully aware of this.Delivery promised 16th December. Didn't happen.Invented tracking number doesn't work. DPD don't have my parcel.Company initially ignored me, then said they wouldn't refund me because order "has left the warehouse". No proof of this, and it's irrelevant anyway. I don't have the goods, and they are useless to me now.The Consumer Contracts Regulations explicitly entitles customers to a full refund if something arrives later than promised. And if there's no specified date for delivery (which in my case there was) items must be with customers within 30 days of ordering. So it's illegal (and of course unethical and immoral for Kuddly) to refuse me a refund.Basically, it's a scam company, that's ripped off LOTS of others in the same way. Ignore the many suspect "invited" positive reviews that have suddenly appeared on here...If you've had a similar experience, please report to Trading Standards (I know many of us already have) and contact Martin Lewis. Try using section 75 or chargeback to action a refund.EVERYONE ELSE: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

My daughter wasn't sleeping at all and I was desperate and someone mentioned kuddly weighted blankets. I bought one for her and the first night we tried it and it was a miracle. 15mins after bath, story and cuddle she was asleep! All night! Thank you so so much for helping me get my nights back!
