"Not for us"

Unfortunately these pillows were not for us. I suffered a terrible trapped nerve and stiff neck which to this day still remains. My husband had been tossing and turning too and could not find the right balance. We felt the pillows became extremely warm as well half way through the night. will have to return these as they are expensive and not worth the pain and sleepless nights.

Absolutely cracking stuff, the Mrs loves the hoodie and the weighted blanket is surprisingly cosy too, all in all would recommend. Delivery took awhile but was worth it.

I ordered the wrong size and they exchanged them no problem. These are the cumfiest shoe I have ever bought and will not be wearing flip flops ever again.Thanks Kuddly Team

"If I Could Give 0 Stars I Would..."

This company consistently lies about your order and their products. My order was initially delayed after receiving an email from DPD saying it would be delivered on 6th of January, I didn't receive my parcel until the 11th of January. I was constantly asked to wait another 24, 48 or 72 hours to see if my order was delivered, but no one could tell me where my parcel was. Once I received my hoodie, it seemed a bit short so I measured it. The Kudd.ly hoodie is supposed to be 96cm long, but mine only measured 83cm. The customer service team actioned a swap through DPD. I have received the new hoodie and yet again it only measures 86cm, that 10cm in length makes a massive difference. Not only was the hoodie short, but the delivery team failed to include the returns label in the package which has caused further problems with the hoodie I am sending back to them as part of the swap.Kudd.ly claim to have the largest hoody, the fact their measurements are so wrong means this is false advertising. The team are unhelpful and the items are not as described.

"Hoodies for all the family"

Bought 3 hoodies for the family. Nice soft material and a great hood. Also love the cuffs on them. Fits great. Pocket is good for carrying the remote or just keeping your hand warm.

"3 weeks and still no items"

Order some heated slippers for my partner on the 30 Nov for Christmas with them showing as in stock and 3-5days delivery. Still nothing on the 7 so emailed customer service to be told that they were busy and would be dispatched soon. Got an email on the 12 saying it was packed and a tracking number for the parcel. Its now the 20 and tracking still shows that Royal Mail hasn't received item. What is going on? Will be thinking about getting a refund soon i wouldn't use these again.
