Trying to return an item but they seem to do everything they can to discourage this. Having finally got some details thanks to a review here, I now find none of the carriers will proceed without the recipient's phone umber. Guess what? THEY DON'T APPEAR TO HAVE ONE! Telephoned Directory Enquiries - they found the company but had no contact details for them!@ Return within 30 days of purchase - HOW?

"Slower than expected, but good customer service"
I placed an order in November with an expected despatch date of 15th of ember. This came and went with no updates, so I sent a Facebook message, which was quickly replied to, and then received an email saying it should be despatched by the 20th. Again, this didn't happen, but they did say this was due to some delays at ports etc. I messaged on Facebook again on the 22nd, and my package was sent out that night by DPD 24 hour delivery. I was still dubious that it would show up, but it arrived about an hour ago. I ordered 4 hoodies in total, and all are packaged really well and look great.Although some proactive communication would have been useful, rather than me having to chase up, replies were still incredibly quick, and it did indeed arrive before Christmas, as promised. I think they perhaps underestimated just how busy they were going to be, but have clearly been working hard to get orders out before Christmas, even if not on time, and their customer service was great when I did contact them - based on that alone, I would purchase from kudd.ly again in future.

I ordered 2 Hoodie Blankets based on the quality of the products - I just wish the quality of the service matched!! I received an email to confirm order. I bought them as they said Next Day Delivery- this didn't happen. 5 days later I received an email saying that they had shipped order but was unable to track them. However 8 days later they arrived - and I have to say the wait was worth it. I bought one for myself and my daughter - and we are over the moon with them. We put them on straight away - absolutely fantastic! Well worth the money and the quality of them is superb!!!!

"NOT RECEIVED AND NOT SHIPPED FROM THE UK"
Ordered on the 22nd April (because they ship from the UK?) and received an email explaining there would be a 14 day delay because they were out of stock. I said I was happy to wait although it immediately raise a red flag. I have had no updates since and I believe that they are waiting until they get a ton orders before ordering from China as they are still showing as in stock on the website. Lesson learned. I will now be requesting a refund. What a shady way to do business!This is the email/made up reason they sent:"Thank you for your interest in our kuddly Kloud Sliders.We are writing to inform you that due to the excitement and popularity of our latest product, our kuddly Kloud Sliders sold out quickly and we won't be able to fulfill your order at this time.That said, our next batch should arrive in approx. 14 days. If you're willing to wait, we can send your order out to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, but if not, we'll be happy to refund your order. Please let us know which option you prefer. Thanks again for your continued support for our small business, and we look forward to continuing to serve you more cosy comfort.Sincerely,The kuddly Team"

Sent 2 blankets back only refunded for 1I ordered 2 weighted blankets, as they were on offer, with a 30day money back guarantee.Upon receiving them in a damaged plastic bag, I opened one, but did not like the feel of the material, so did not fully open, neither did I touch the other one.I returned both, at my expense, within days of receipt, but only received partial refund of less than half what I paid. The whole process has been really stressfull now have another problem fighting for rest of monies paid. Thank goodness I paid on Visa as they are most helpful with disputes.Have picture of items returned, in same bag as they came in but repaired, can clearly see package has 2 blankets inside.Would NEVER order from this company again

Luv,luv,luv my kuddly. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Super warm, super soft, super roomy. My husband took a double take to make sure I was actually wearing it!! Will definitely be taking this camping??
