"Vacuum packaging"

Delivery was prompt. Kuddly lovely and warm. The only minus point was because they were vacuum packed they are full of creases and I am not sure how to remove creases without damaging.

Just bought 2 cooling weighted blankets. I love the weighted feel of them but I can't say I've noticed the cooling effect at all. Still happy with the purchase.

Quick delivery, the weighted blanket is a good product. However the weight causes it to fall off the bed, do you sell or recommend anything to keep the blanket on the bed.

"Sherpa Fleece Hoodie!"

I just received my order and I am extremely disappointed with it! The Sherpa Hoodie is a single layer fabric unlike the regular Hoodies. Priced at $49.99 (Sale Price), it is $20 more expensive than the standard Hoodies $29.99 (Sale Price) which I know are double layered (velour outer and teddy fleece interior) I assumed I would receive a Black Teddy Fleece Exterior with a separate Black Teddy Fleece interior lining. NOT a double sided teddy fleece! One of the critical points of thermal insulation is to have the layers so that in provides an air insulation gap between them. The Sherpa fleece has not been supplied as advertised.The Single layer teddy Fleece Sherpa is very thin such that I would be concerned to hang this on a hook.Sending back requesting a full refund. Though I woudl be happy to receive a replacement if it is a true two layer version. Maybe they should do a design that is Black Teddy Fleece Outer and a Light Grey Teddy Fleece Liner so that it has to be two layers!

"I was a bit surprised that the order."

I was a bit surprised that the order arrived so quickly, that was great! I ordered 2 hoodie/blankets for my kids Christmas so haven't had the chance to see how cozy they actually are. They are good quality though and seem well made though I think I was expecting them to be a bit longer than they are. The eye mask I got free is lovely and soft and a nice wee treat for me! Overall I am happy with my purchases.?

"Buy somewhere else"

This is my second order that has had a problem. The first blanket was delivered to a property several minutes walk from mine. Fortunately the people there bought it to my house.This current order for two blankets has apparently been returned back to Kuddly. The tracking system at DHL was useless. Kuddly have not replied to my emails and there is no phone number.Suggest you buy your stuff somewhere else.
