On 30 November 2020 I ordered a Kudd.ly hoodie for my granddaughter for Christmas. The expected date for dispatch was 15-18 ember, but it did not arrive in time for Christmas. Following emails to and from Kudd.ly I eventually received it on 6 January. I have to say that the product itself is excellent but the delay very disappointing.

Ordered these weighted blankets for my husband he has one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom and is using both, to be honest I would have paid thousands if it meant giving him relief from pain and sleepless nights the items arrived very quickly and are excellent quality thank you for great service

I have placed two orders # 389070 - Koala Hoodie Blanket placed on 8th . It stated IN STOCK on 8th and 3- 5 working days delivery. I have NOT received any updates and not received any order. When I check it still does NOT say if this has even been packed/ processed let alone dispatched. I have just read about everyone else who appears to be in the same boat on trust pilot. This is mi selling/ misrepresentation. If you DO NOT have stock DO NOT proclaim to have the items. I now DO NOT know if I will get this Christmas gift in time for Christmas if at ALL so one member of my family will have NO gift ( 14 yr old)# 389842 - Unicorn Hoodie Blanket placed on 9th . Again it stated IN STOCK and 3- 5 working days delivery. The same argument applies as above. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. you have had $98 of my money ( you were very quick to take that!!) again do not lie. If you have NO STOCK then say so and I can take my custom elsewhere. This will be another member of my family without a gift ( this one is a 12 yr old)It is also incredible that the only way to contact you is via email. You have NO telephone number. I won't hold my breath that you reply to this email either. Maybe as someone has suggested I post on TRUSTPILOT . One to warn other and secondly to try and illicit a timely response. I have ordered from you previously hence the repeat business. Last time i knew that I would NOT get the item in time for Christmas and in fact got it at the beginning of Feb. BUT this time you actually stated IN STOCK plus gave a discount code. "Kuddly not transparent about sizes!"

Bought Kuddly as a gift and was offered slippers to go with it.at a discounted price which were advised would fit size 6. On receipt the slippers were far too small...Furthermore now stating they don't share size of slippers on website..so cannot be at fault! How can a customer ide on right size if info. Not available! Frustrating!

Unfortunately I have not had any relief from my aches and pains. The weighted blanket actually made my sleep more interrupted as it made me too hot. I bought 2 of them thinking they would be the answer to my painful sleepless nights - they were not.?Do you have a refund policy?

"BEWARE."

BEWARE.. I bought two pairs that were delivered today. After reading the reviews I thought they might help my painful feet. Yes, for the feet they're quite comfy, certainly wouldn't say walking on clouds. After wearing them for a few hours I have pains in my hips, knees and am sitting with ice packs under the soles of my feet. As I've worn one pair outside I assume the 30 day returns policy is void. $39 wasted and pain as well.

I purchased the hoodie after trying my Sisters and I have to Say its great, certainly keeps you warm and you can put your feet up and curl up nice and snug. This also has cuffs which is good if you have shorter arms there is no Pulling up or Turning Under your sleeves or doing alterations.. $49 is a bit pricey but you won't be disappointed.

"Amazing weighted blankets."

Our kidd.ly weighted blankets are amazing. Was advertised as next day delivery then on ordering gave a 3 week delivery date due to high demand, this ended up being a 6 week deliver date which is the reason for only 4 stars however if you're prepared to wait they are high quality and amazing blankets. My ASD daughter as well as my other daughters love them. They are worth every Penny and the long wait.
