"Lovely blanket - not sure about claims yet"
I ordered the blue blanket. The first one must have been a reject as it wasn't evenly weighted. Customer service was excellent and I received a replacement no quibble. This one is fine. The blanket itself is beautifully made and very comforting- you really feel snug and secure. However so far it has made no difference to either my insomnia or restless legs, I shall persevere though. I am hoping it washes ok and doesn't break our machine due to the weight.

"Fast delivery and warm"
Great quality and very warm. Advertised length is incorrect. It measures 83cm from name of the neck to the hem not 94cm being reported. That extra 10cm matters when your tall. Fast delivery and good offer at the moment. Does come up smaller than the Oodie but less waiting times for delivery and less expensive. The comparison article going around by Sleepbo is incorrect though with the measurements of both hoodies and the Oodie comes out wider, longer sleeves and longer. Incorrect information. I can't upload a photo but have a Kuddly on top of an Oodie which clearly shows the difference.

Very very very poor customer service.Refuse to exchange for a different size but at least they say they are more than happy to help with other questions!!

"Not next day delivery, but still good overall"
Ordered my hoodie on a Wednesday night and it said next day delivery, as I ordered it pretty late on the Wednesday I would have been totally fine with waiting until the Friday as it was basically nearly Thursday anyway by the time I ordered. I got an email from DPD saying it would be delivered Thursday, and it wasn't, which was fine, but then it still wasn't delivered on Friday either. Contacted DPD who said they hadn't even physically received the package from kuddly yet. Contacted kuddly, no response. Thankfully it was delivered on Monday (yesterday), and I love it. It's so cosy and soft, my flat is cold and hard to heat up and this is perfect for keeping me warm. I would be fine with waiting a few days for delivery, but if they advertise next day and it turns out not to be then that's when it's annoying!

"I don't believe the reviews are honest"
I don't believe the reviews are honest. I ordered on 30/12 on free next day delivery and am still waiting on 12/01. I've had an automatic update today to state it has been dispatched, but when you click on the tracking number, it takes me to DPD site that states they haven't received the parcel yet and there are 84 comments from people stating they have received the same email and they think you're a scam. If it due to covid, weather, bank holidays - just email customers and provide updates, we'd understand, but silence and dpd comments from similar customers is very concerning.

"Kuddly sliders"
Kuddly sliders. Very comfortable but rub my feet in damp/wet weather. Perhaps better for indoors, certainly relieved my plantar fasciitis when standing for long periods of time

"Don't let them charge you again to keep the faulty goods you have already paid for"
Ordered the hoodie blankets which seem good quality if a bit bulky. I also ordered a pair of Komfies that were offered for $15 after checkout. The soles have worn through in around 6 weeks. I asked the company to help and they are sending a new pair but initially asked me to pay $5 to keep the pair I had already paid for. Statutory consumer rights mean companies have to pay the postage to return faulty goods, so I asked them to send me a free post envelope to return them. Lo and behold they 'reviewed their decision' to charge me to keep the inadequate slippers I had already paid for. The slippers are very poor quality. Don't pay full price for them ever and don't fall for this con of trying to get you to pay to keep faulty goods.Edit in response to Kudd.ly's reply: When I get the new pair, I will post again about the quality. I accept the pair I originally bought may be faulty, however I doubt that the new pair will be different.My review was based on Kudd.ly trying to charge me to 'allow me to keep' faulty goods that I had already paid for. Don't trust this company.

"I really don't like leaving a bad."
I really don't like leaving a bad review but I'll make an exception in order to spare others. I emailed the company in order to return the pillow, they responded quickly asking for a picture of the pillow, which I quickly sent. That was a month ago. I have emailed again asking for information as to how to return the pillow but only received an email which said they would respond in 24hrs, which they did not. The email also stated that any further enquiry would affect my ticket place in the system. So I'm still waiting one month on.
